My shellac lasted for 3 weeks without chipping, peeling or fading and I loved how healthy my nails were underneath when I took the shellac off. Will definitely be returning!

Before Pamper Me I’d never had a wax and now I wouldn’t go anywhere but here! Lauren is amazing and I feel really relaxed with her. The salon has recently had a makeover and looks really smart in there, the nail bar looks lush, I’m hoping to book in and get my nails done too soon! We travel 45 minutes to get here when there are plenty of places far closer but it’s worth the drive!

Lovely salon offering a great range of services at a great price. The staff are all very friendly and professional and always do their best to accommodate any appointment requests. I often pop down in my lunch for the shellac nails which are fantastic, really long lasting and a great choice of colours on offer- I wouldn't go anywhere else to get them done now! Best nails in Bristol with CND products, an amazing range of colour choices! Something for everyone and every occasion! Recently had my first ever treatment which was a guinot eye contour...it was a lovely experience, can't believe I've never done this before. Highly recommend this fab salon!

I regularly go to this salon for various treatments and I am always happy with the service and I find the prices very reasonable for a city centre salon and I have always recommended Pamper Me to my friends. However, a stand out treatment I had recently was a 30 min massage with Taylor (therapist). The treatment was absolutely outstanding and certainly the best massage I have ever had, far exceeding the standard of treatments received at highly reputable spas. I would absolutely recommend this treatment to anyone and the therapist’s advice which followed was also very helpful.

My bridal party surprised me and we went here for part of my hen do celebrations. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and chatty. There were 12 of us so we pretty much took over the whole salon and had a great time getting massages and our nails done whilst having a few glasses of bubbly. Would definitely recommend for a similar event and would have no concerns about getting my nails/massage done here in the future!

My first time getting Shellac nails done and I was happy with my nails. They stayed for 2-3 weeks and were very smooth and shiny. However, this salon didn't have as much of a range of colours as I expected, I wanted a brown nudey colour, but had to settle for something more peachy. Also the technician would often get polish on my nail bed while painting (about 40% of the time), and she used her own manicured nails to scrape it off my skin. I don't know if this is normal, but it felt unprofessional to me. It also resulted in the base of the nails peeling up as my nails grow out, because there wasn't a smooth nail bed where the polish had been scraped off. The polish would get caught when I washed my hair, but it did make the nails easy to just peel off myself when I no longer wanted them. Overall with the student discount I only paid £20 for nails so I think it was worth it and the location is really handy, but it's probably not the best.

Matt the owner asked me to write a review on Google as I have be going to Pamper Me since it opened. In the last 7 years I have had excellent manicures and waxing along with good customer care. All at Pamper Me are really friendly and accommodating and I would not go anywhere else, the loyalty card scheme is good, are as the daily offers and they do open late! They did tell me they had received a bad online review and having read it I do take it with a pinch of salt - I'm happy to leave my opinion as they are genuinely nice people!

The owner of pamper me recently asked me to write a review due to a malicious review left by someone else, I am very happy to do so as I have been using pamper me for at least the last 3 years. All the girls current and past have all been really good, excellent treatments, usually on time with little waiting about and they always have the latest Shellac colours in. I have always had brilliant service on all treatments and like another reviewer I use their loyalty card scheme to get half price treatments. Good value for money salon, easy parking and great opening times (including Mondays!) I also when a student used the Student Discount schemes they run, regardless of my being a mature student.

They have a great loyalty scheme at 50% off your tenth visit and this is when i have a Guinot Facial as they will let you have absolutely anything off the price list!

I went to have my eyebrows threaded for the first time. The beautician didn't explain what she was going to be doing or what threading was, which would have been nice. However she did shape my eyebrows nicely and gave me aftercare tips. You also get a separate room which I prefer. Relaxing music would have been an improvement to the atmosphere, rather than the radio. I will be trying another place next time to compare.

My experience at Pamper Me was great. I'm 16 years old and I came to Pamper Me to prepare for my end of school prom, the staff were really friendly and made me feel really relaxed. I had a excellent spray tan which was exactly what I wanted. I then came back recently to have my nails done and received the same experience. I would definitely go back for future occasions! Mixed feelings - I've been here three times now. First time was for threading and gel polish which were both great. Second time was for threading again (done by a different therapist) and when I got home I noticed one eyebrow clearly still had more tidying up required. Didn't notice it in store unfortunately. Third time was a brazillian which was disappointing. Still had hair where there really shouldn't be any. I mentioned this but was told the hair was too short. I've had clean brazillians on much shorter hair. The place is clean and the staff are friendly enough. Plus they have student discounts which is great. Will probably keep going there for nails and brows but definitely not for a wax.

Great to see the Christmas groupon deal is back! I have purchased this for my wife for the last 3 years at Christmas. You basically swap the Groupon slip for the pamper me salon voucher so it doesn't look like a groupon purchase. My wife thought it was her main gift the first time I did it instead of a stocking filler! She is now a regular at pamper me and took me for a massage as well, last year when she realised the Groupon deal was what I had purchased she bought one for her mum as well. They have a great loyalty card 50% off the tenth visit - not just one treatment, so we had two half price massage!

I get waxed regularly and this year I decided to try a few different places to compares services. The woman was running late which is absolutely acceptable if you inform the customer rather than them sat there wondering when they are going to be seen. On inspection at home I can visibly see patches that have been missed. I paid for a full leg and hollywood, given that there is not much hair on the bottom of my legs I did not expect her to take long, and assumed she would be thorough in other places. This was not the case, I am left a little disappointed. If you ask for it all off it means you want to be left completely bare, I wont be revisiting here for a wax.
