I love visiting the salon to get my nails done every couple of weeks, the girls always do a great job and we have a good natter! I’ve had many other treatments at the salon and would recommend all of them, each of the girls are welcoming, friendly and professional whilst making you feel relaxed and comfortable. K.Hi guys portishead beauty is brilliant especially considering I turnt up for my nail extension appointment a week early. They managed to squeeze me in as I was going on holiday the next day very much appreciated. I felt very welcome and extremely comfortable there considering it was my first time. It felt more like I was having a pamper evening with my girls.
The staff are fantastic, friendly and have a great sense of humour just brilliant.
A. V.Lovely beauty salon, all staff are friendly. Love the online booking system, so easy to use and 're.arrange if necessary. I have underarm and legs waxed here..( shh think it's the cheapest in portishead) Emma is very good. Also paid for my daughter for her 11th birthday to have her nails painted ..not gel just normal but she felt pampered and they put glitter on and they lasted about 2 weeks.defineltly worth a visit.
D. L.The best salon I have been to. All of the staff are bubbly and friendly. As soon as you enter the salon - which being a guy can be quite intimidating - you are immediately made to feel welcome. I have real issues with my back and have had 2 massages here and will definitely be having one a month as a treat from now on. The therapist checked the pressure and ensured I was warm and comfortable and really focused on my problem areas. Nothing is to much and it's such a relaxing environment! Thank you to all of the therapists for making me feel so at ease.

R. T.Originally had this post as a 1 star due to an issue with a refund over minutes left on the sun bed. I received a call today from the manager and I have to say she dealt with it amazingly. The best customer service I have received in a long time. It was explained that there was a misunderstanding with regards to minutes left and the refund amount. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that I've had to resort to posting on here rather than it being sorted at the first instance. The manager turned this around and would be happy to buy more gift vouchers for my partner and mother in law to spend there.
