Nigit @ Serenity Beauty and Hair is amazing and has been doing my eyebrows and eyelashes for quite some time now. She always does an excellent job and makes sure I am happy with the end result! We have a good laugh and you can clearly see she cares for her clients and is passionate about what she does! Could not recommend enough!

I had an eyelash extension appointment with Nigit and it was a lovely experience, my eyelashes look amazing and she was so lovely and approachable. I've never had eyelash extensions before and my eyes were fluttering like crazy but she managed to create beautiful lashes despite my crazy eyelids making her job harder! I've been to a few salons in my time but I will say Nigit was the nicest beauty therapist I've had, I will definitely be back. 10/10.

Had teeth a whitening procedure the service was excellent. This was my first experience of teeth whitening and I'm really pleased with the outcome. Niget who did my procedure was really informative and very professional. I only do my eyebrows at Serenity for the best results. I do a threading and tint appointment regularly and have always had a good experience. Staff are friendly and really care about the work they do. They are flexible and even let me leave the tint on extra long for the results I want.

This morning I went to Serenity Beauty, after having a consultation on the phone with Nigit about having my eyeliner tattooed. I was very nervous about having the procedure as I explained to Nigit due to the needle being so close to my eye. Nigit put my mind at rest and the appointment was made. On my arrival hand gel was provided and everyone was wearing a face mask. The consultation room was very clean and I was really impressed with the heated bed and blankets which were draped over me. The tranquil music playing in the background made me feel very relaxed. Nigit was very professional and also a lovely person. I have so much more confidence now I've had the procedure and am so happy with the results. I would recommend this practice to anyone! Also I didn't realise that they offered so many different treatments and will definitely be going back soon.

Amazing!! Couldn’t fault anything. Planned a spontaneous trip away, and really needed urgent lashe extensions. I rang up and was booked in straight away for the next day. Nigit was so kind and welcoming, she made me feel relaxed during the whole treatment, and did eyelashes to suit my eyeshape/length of eyelashes. I love them! Lastly, I couldn’t get over how quick Nigit did my eyelashes, under less then an hour! If you are looking for a beautiful lash that is done quickly and with precision, this is the place to go!!! I visited Serenity in September and can not recommend highly enough the experience I had. The Brazilian Blow Dry/Keratin Treatment is by far the best treatment I have ever had on my naturally curly & frizzy hair. It has been silky smooth for the last 4 months and I will be booking again to maintain the result. Also I was the only customer in the new private room created to keep clients safe in the current environment which made me feel very comfortable. The treatment is 3 hours long and Nigit went out of her way to make the experience pleasurable. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a Brazilian blow dry a few weeks ago and it was the first time I’d been to Serenity. Everything was exceptional, the product actual works - I’ve dealt with my mixed race fizzy hair for 28 years and this has managed to tame it, making it smooth and easy to manage, no more unruly baby hairs! I will definitely go back for this treatment and other services, I have also recommended this salon to family and friends. The service - the treatment took about 1.5hrs but it could have lasted double the time I felt so relaxed. The owner was lovely and very inspiring I could have spoken with her all day, it felt like I’d been a client for years! I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I needed to share the greatness 😊

Most things are really cheap here which is good. I got my eyelashes done and they were pretty good. Excellent if you're on a budget, worth remembering that you don't get premium service unless you are paying premium prices. Didn't have any complaints!

I first went to Serenity in Dec 18 for biosculpture Gel extensions, i had really really short bitten nails and the extentions were very well done and strong, even though i waited a month until the infills none of the nails broke like i have experienced with stick on tips with gel overlays. I have been once a month since Dec to have infills and have now moved on to just having shellac on my own nails. So far been super impressed with the service and quality of the nails when they are done. Often get compliments on how good they look!

I went to the salon for a haircut and was recommended I have a keratin treatment done to strengthen my hair after so much straightening and colour. I had this done a week later and I'm so glad I did, my hair is naturally curly and frizzy but the treatment has made my hair so much softer and smoother making the curls less messy. It has also meant I can blow dry my hair and not have to straighten it afterwards! I have also had my makeup done at the salon and was so pleased with the look. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I had a Brazilian blow dry keratin treatment with Nigit two weeks ago. Wow just wow! I have short fine frizzy hair and had got to the point that I never bothered blow drying and straightening as literally would step out of the house and I would look like I had been dragged through a hedge backwards! This is an amazing treatment I wish I had found years ago! Not cheap but so worth it! Two tests that absolutely put the treatment to the test, first week walking dogs my hair remained straight and frizz free, amazing. Week two site trip for work on a dock yard, blowing a gale and hard hat had zero expectation to come in from site safety tour and be able to simply brush and go! Brilliant definitely be having it done again.
