K. J.Oh my gosh! My gel nails lasted almost 4 weeks with no chips. I only took them off because my nails had obviously grown so much! Cannot recommend the staff enough, they were so friendly and my sister in law and I had the best tine, A glass of champagne and macroon as a treat too as we were getting them done for my wedding. THE BEST! X
L. M.Greeted warmly. Bright, clean aesthetics. Very Covid safe, masks worn, sanitizer, sterilised equipment. Great range of OPI nail polish colours Kati was warm, friendly and professional and gave me an excellent gel manicure (despite having tiny nails).
M. H.Lovely salon. Very relaxing. Rescued my nails just before my son's wedding after a terrible manicure at a different salon and did a beautiful job.

J. L.I had a lovely time at The Nail House! Alex did a smashing job on my nails and gave me the cuticles of an angel!! Love the colour we went with! Nicole met me when I got there and made me feel very welcome and I was having a good natter with everybody which was fab!
The Salon itself is beautifully presented, everything is organised and pretty, and just how you would expect it to be honestly. The treatment I went for was a full manicure, which I can highly recommend as my hands got a well-deserved MOT!! Had a cheeky glass of Champagne too which was a dream. I left feeling very pampered! What a lovely experience!! Thanks guys.

T.Thank you ever so much to Sarah (normally based at JL) for not only her fantastic work taking off and reapplying gel (worth a pretty pennie) during my nail shape and paint but also for making time and kindly involving my daughter, who was offered a seat next to me. K. J.Lovely experience end-to-end! Was given a last-minute appointment over the phone (thanks for squeezing me in!), and welcomed warmly when I arrived. Was attended quickly, and my nail technician Maria was absolutely wonderful (to be around, and did a great job!). Everyone who was working that day was a delight, and I will absolutely be back when I'm back in Bristol! This colour makes me happy every time I look at it...

S.Lovely girls & amazing work, I thought I booked my boyfriend and I in on the same day but accidentally booked one of them on the wrong date & Kati was so accommodating and managed to squeeze us both in! Rosie did my nails and they’re so good considering I have ruined them with acrylics! Alexandra (think that was her name) did my boyfriends first ever manicure & he loved it. Can’t wait to go back!!!

The staff in there are all super friendly & professional... I particularly love Gemma! Every time i've been there, i've had the most amazing nail job. I mostly go for the gels & the way the staff paint them - after a whole month - not even one chip! I travel a lot for work & have had many manis/pedis across the globe, I thought i'd found my fav nail shop in Hollywood... turns out i can confidently say The Nail House smashes it & i'm delighted to find the worlds best nail shop so close to home!! Thanks to you all!

M.I was bought a voucher by my work colleagues to go here for my birthday in 2015 and 4 years on it is still my favourite place to come every few weeks for a pamper with my best friend and a catch up with the staff! They are all amazing and we're really made to feel at home every time we go! On top of that my nails look fabulous every single time and there are so many colours to choose from! Couldn't recommend more highly!

V.The gel Nails are beautifully done. Staff friendly and welcoming and dont rush you. Let me try 5 different colours before picking as I'm indecisive. No strong horrible chemicals or cheap nasty products.

J. S.It was lovely to meet Billie today at the Nail House today. It was my first time there so I wasn't sure what to expect. They were running late but offered to pay and arrange for extra parking if I needed it. Very friendly, welcoming staff. The interior has been beautifully put together. The ginger Tea/water could be offered in bigger cups as I like more than a mouthful! The Pedicure was amazing from start to finish, especially the foot scrub in the beautiful copper bowl and the foot balm was so good I bought a tub - large one which came with free cotton socks.

S.My first time visiting a nail place rather than a hairdresser which does nails - disappointed not to be even offered a glass of water on a roasting hot day at the very least, nevermind a tea. The place looks beautiful and the staff are friendly, but the lady doing my nails was also doing someone else's at the same time. This wasn't apologised for & didn't feel like good service. It's not what I expect when I 'splash out' & spend 25% more to go to a nail specific place. Will go back to the hair place and get my tea; the nails last just as long there!
