I had a massage and a facial at the Treatment Rooms yesterday. My therapist Lucy was friendly and welcoming and carried out a thorough consultation before we started the treatments. The massage was fantastic, really relaxing. Lucy managed to get some of the really stubborn knots out of my shoulder. I then had my facial, using the Guinot machine, which was incredible. My skin feels tighter and brighter and feels so nice. I will 100% be back

Had a fantastic Hollywood hot wax with Lucy and full leg. The Hollywood was completely pain free and was the best wax I have ever had. No pain at all. Full leg wax was absolutely fab as well. Will definitely be back. Thank you for fitting me in last minute.

I had the loveliest facial today. I’m 37 weeks pregnant; I was made super comfortable on the couch and even managed to fall asleep. Skin looks and feels fantastic. Felt really secure in terms of covid stuff, lovely clean environment. Highly recommended.

I always have a good time at this salon despite that I go there for waxing which is not the most pleasant thing ever, but the ladies who work there are always very nice and care about my comfort. Highly recommend and definitely go again!

Firstly, booking was a breeze. I emailed them and promptly got a response with various options. Secondly, it was probably the least painful hot wax of my life. My therapist was excellent. Quick, efficient and friendly. All round a great experience. Wish I lived closer to Bristol as I would definitely have them as my number 1 go-to place. Lastly, having read some of the other reviews; if you, like me, have sensitive skin definitely have a hot wax. Strip waxes have left my skin red raw and angry in the past, a hot wax may feel sensitive for about 24 hours.

It was a wet & windy day last weekend & my friend & I had booked a massage. I opted for the aromatherapy massage. It was absolutely wonderful. The pressure was adjusted to my needs & I felt all floaty when we left. My masseuse was amazing & made me feel relaxed & at ease.

Went in for a male bikini and full leg wax, my first ever time. A lady called Lucy did a fantastic job at making it as quick and relatively pain free as possible, and I was done after just over an hour. Fantastic service.

Definitely recommend this place, had a massage, facial and scalp massage here. Felt amazing afterwards and was about 1 1/2 hours long. Staff were friendly and attentive, good products used. Only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bristol.

I have come here between ten and fifteen times for various waxing and have always been pleased with the results and the treatment itself. a few weeks ago I came for a hollywood and leg, and unfortunately was disappointed with the results - some patches of hair were left. I tentatively emailed, not expecting a response, and was pleasantly suprised! I was invited to come back next time I needed and appointment and have it for free. when I did this the therapist, shannon, was very polite and professional, and ensured I was happy with the results. one of the best waxes I've ever had! would definitely recommend.

A hidden gem! Booked in here on a last minute whim for HD Brows and I was so pleasantly surprised. Clean, welcoming environment with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I've had HD Brows a number of times and these were of a five star standard. The brow specialist really knew what she was doing and I was delighted with the results. Also, it's great value too. Will definitely return.

I wouldn't say pain free (as it never is) but no where near what I was expecting from stories I'd heard.. she definitely knows what shes doing.. the receptionist even entertained my little one so I could have full treatment without having to worry about her.. already booked to go back!!
