I booked an appointment via Instagram and showed pictures of the design I wanted light nude with white swirls. When I came in I was seen quickly and staff were professional. The design was carried out to a high level and I was satisfied with it. However my nails have natural ridges in them and always have done it has never been an issue. I had naturally thick healthy nails before the appointment. But for some reason the nail tech filed them off which left my nails paper thin and painful if they touched any surface I had to use nail oils to regain the strength and thickness so for that reason I won’t be coming back again.

Used this place to get pampered over the years. Service is always quick and friendly! I got the exact shape and colour that I was looking for and the young girl did such a good job! The range of colours to choose is incredible and so is the standard of their work. Highly recommend! Picture is of stiletto acrylic with the shade peach.

Brilliant quality, great value and excellent customer service! I've been visiting this nail salon since June 2018! Every time they've been great, i've also noticed their nail art skills improve so much over the course of this time. I think there was only one set out of the many i've had over the years that I didn't like. I've recommended many friends here, for both gel and acrylics! They always do a great job, even on short notice. They take bookings over the phone, and for the quality i receive the price is incredibly competitive. I would suggest visiting before noon if possible as they're less busy then. Also, remember your loyalty card! (i always forget mine!) I've even dedicated an IG highlight reel to the nails i always have done from here. I've paid a professional in London £100+ before, and here the quality is just the same, if not better! I used to live close, but now travel 25 mins in just to get my nails done here. they also offer student discount on acrylic sets! It was my first time coming here, and it was amazing! The staff were lovely, would highly recommend. They have all the safety measures right in place and they clean after every customer from what I saw, which is very good. I had full set done and it looks perfect, the length and the color too. They also offered me a design which i didn't had to pay for! Overall i payed only £30. I love it here, especially the service they would ask me each step if im okay with the nails if not they would fix it! It's really rare because in other places they would rush my nails. Anyways, i'm going back here soon. X

Lovely people, great prices and on top of that give great nails! They last so long! Whenever I've come in with ideas for my gel nails they always deliver, always very happy with what they do

First time in this shop, and gosh... I am absolutely in love with my nails! Reading some of the reviews, I've been a bit skeptical whether this was a good place to go to. I don't regret going here! I don't understand the bad reviews , it's honestly the best shop I've been to. Compared to other shops in town, their prices are also reasonable and the staff are lovely! Meghan x

Came in today with my little son and despite him making a lot of noises the workers were understanding and even played with him whilst the other worker was doing my nails. The nails came out lush, and next time I'm definitely coming back for infills! Thanks a lot xx

New york nails is one of the best nail shop I have ever been too. The staff is really nice and the are open till 7p.m which is great if you work late hours. I was really tired today after the work so when i came in they greet me and ofered a coffe and I'm really thankful for that. Colour choice is amazing they have really beautiful colours. I also did a design and it wasn't expensive at all. Just paid £16 for infill £5 for gel and £5 for nail art.
