On behalf my wife, I’ve recently visited visible changes. It was the best experience I have ever had, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Farrah did my hair for me, she was the most loveliest person ever, she made my hair experience for me so special and got it so perfect she couldn’t have done enough, she was so attentive couldn’t have felt more relaxed having my hair done in such a amazing salon. I had an extraordinary experience, Came to this place after being disappointed with the local saloons in that area who pays no attention to the customer satisfaction. The staff was so welcoming and did a great job. Th best part was Farah had suggested various hair styles as what suits on my face. Farah is great! My go to place for getting my eyebrows threaded! I’m quite picky about my eyebrows and she does a great job. It’s walk in for eyebrows so no need to make an appointment online.

Been there about a week ago after phoning to see if there was space for a quick trim on the day. The lady said she is free and I could come now. I have told her I can get there in 15 minutes and she has agreed to see me. The place was easy to find. Once you enter, you need to go upstairs. Downstairs there is a gym and a reception. I am not sure there was a sign to indicate you need to go up, so at first I waited downstairs thinking someone will come downstairs and direct me. After a few minutes, I went upstairs and realised the salon was there. I was still on time as I only live a few minutes away. There was only a hair dresser in the building, who was currently trimming someone else's hair, the bleached another lady's hair before seeing me. The trim was very good, looked pretty and I was happy with how it looks. She also explained how should I dry my hair and gave me some advice on styling. £20 cut with no wash.

This is my third time here for threading (eyebrows and upper lip) and absolutely love the service! Farrah is so friendly and very skilled. It's great that she brings her experience from both the UK and Asia so there is something for everyone. It sounds cheesy but I do always see visible changes when I go. Also just stayed for an on the spot haircut and feel it's the best I have ever had as she actually talked me through some tips as well. Dry cut with layers, threading eyebrows, waxing upper lip and complimentary head massage all for £35.50! Highly recommend.

Had my eyebrows threaded and a cut and blow-dry for the first time at Visible Changes. This is the best haircut I've ever had. I asked for a trim and some layers put back in. The lady who cut my hair shaped it perfectly to my face and there is lots of volume and shape from the blow-dry. The cut that she gave me is better than I had even envisioned. My eyebrows were shaped so well and you could tell that the lady knew exactly what she was doing. Lovely staff and definitely worth the money. This will definitely be my permanent beauty salon now.
