I love this place! Last Friday I went to do my nails and I was so lucky that I had Monica, she did an amazing job! She was so friendly and is a great nail technician, she paid attention to all the details. She and her manager help me to fix one of my nails that was broken in a very unfortunate area. They sorted it out and I'm so happy with the results. The place is so friendly and welcoming, the perfect place for self-care and having some me time, 100% recommended!

This is the best salon I've ever been to. I have now been using Wonderland for my nails and eye lashes for 4 and a half years. The quality of the work is very high due to the attention to detail by the team working here. Everybody is always really friendly and the customer service is excellent. I'm always offered a hot drink and always feel well looked after.

I recently found this gem and am very pleased with the quality of the manicure here. The girls are detailed oriented and do a really good job ensuring beautiful results. Highly recommended. I especially love Claudias work, as she can paint on your nails making them one of a kind. I received a lot of compliments on my nails since I get the appointments @ Wonderland Beauty.

Absolutely love Wonderland Nails. I have been going to this salon for 5 years, for Manicures, Pedicures and eyebrows. Their prices are great for the professional treatment they supply. The staff are very friendly, and can be trusted to give you exactly what you want. Well, first of all I do not get the bad reviews in here. In my opinion, they are written by people, who just want to get free stuff! I am a regular client at the salon, I am always satisfied and trust me I am a very demanding woman with a particular taste! Apart from that, the people who moan about the girls not talking to them much, well.. this is the polish way ladies, when we work, we work concentrating on the job itself. Personally, for me the fact my nails are perfectly done to my standards is way more important than whether somebody is chatting me up all the time, which sadly I faced before in other salons. I always go to Klaudia to get both my feet and hands done and Hollywood wax. I absolutely love her and always look forward to those appointments. She is a perfectionist and always listen to what a client wants. She does, however give you a professional advice on what can be done. Love my nails and I often get asked about them by strangers. A perfect beautician! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I literally love this place! Every treatment that I had in this beauty salon was perfect! Nails last even for 4 weeks or longer and lashes as well. Last time I had my first full body waxing and it was done in professional way! I heard that they going to have permanent make up like eyebrow microblending but right now I'm truly happy with my wax and tint by Caroline or Margaret so maybe in future ;) Highly recommend ! I really liked this place, the staff were nice and friendly and it had a nice refreshing look to it. I'm very happy with the end result of my nails, although it took 4 hours. However, I'm not too happy with the service my sister was provided for her nails. On top of this, I've been to other salons and I've never seen anyone to clip away at my cuticles.By the time I was done, all my cuticles were bleeding and stinging under water. I'm not sure if that's a norm but it hurt way too much and I have never experienced filing that aggressive in my life. One of my nails was filed until it was a thin layer between nail and flesh. She wanted to have something special done for her wedding. She had sat there for 2.5 hours just getting the nail extensions. Then, she was told they would not be able to finish the design on the nails for her. We went in during the start of the day, so I understood. However, when I was getting my nails done, I saw the technician who served my sister, not doing anything for at least half an hour, after my sister had left unhappy and had to go to another place to have them re-done. I'm not happy with that treatment at all, especially when she knew it was for a wedding. I realise this work requires a lot of patience and i'm very grateful that the technician that I had was happy to give me 4 hours of her day, however I wish the same treatment had been given to my sister.

Saturday I managed to have my eyebrows done,after a long waiting due to Kate schedule and the result did not disappointed me. Very professional how she done all the symmetric measurements,gentle with all the steps she explain me all the procedure and even try to make me to focus on something else to ease the pain. The shape,the pigment and the width of my eyebrows are so natural now and my face looks younger.She even needed to cover an older tattoo done at somebody else and she done the best.I am literally left without words when I looked in the mirror,the way she done it and the new shape are amazing for my entirely face. They are a little bit bold now,but I know the colour will fade in 4 weeks. I would recommend her services to anyone!!!

This place is amazing! If you're looking for a clean, nice, and trendy salon, this is the place to go. The staff is super nice and friendly and they offer you tea when you first get seated. They do a great job with manicures, pedicure, eye brow threading, and waxing so they are the perfect full-service salon. A definite must for anyone looking for a nice salon to get pampered at. I came here to get my nails done for the first time a few months ago and now I won't go anywhere else! First of all the first job they did was so professional and perfect that I kept coming back for infills. When one set split in less than a week they booked me in ASAP for repairs - no charge! On another occasion I called for a last minute appointment and they were full, but took my number and called me back as soon as they had a cancellation. They're always polite and helpful, offer you tea and coffee, and will do your treatment early if they're available and you're waiting. I recommend this salon to everyone. They really value their customers and they also give great discounts.

Would like to thank the lovely lady who done my nails today in Wonderland. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was blonde with an arm tattoo. She was very professional and paid attention to every fine detail. I've never been to a salon who have taken so much time in the small details especially when it comes to nails often, I've been to many other salons in Cardiff and come away with a wonky nail, or one much shorter than the other but this lady took her time and made sure they were all perfect and how I wanted them. It's nice to finally find a salon who do proper gel nails as well not "fake gel" like the Chinese salons and their a great price to for how much work goes into them. Would definitely reccommend this salon, the staff are friendly and the prices are great.

I was so nervous about having my eyebrows done, I was scared they wouldn’t look natural and would look strange on me. Kate was amazing! She was so patient and understanding. Kate really listened to what I wanted and didn’t want. She took the time to reassure me and made sure I was completely happy before she started and all the way through the procedure. Recently had a manicure done here and I was really happy with the results until I got home and realised that my cuticles had been completely cut away and were bleeding in places. I would still go back but ensure that they only neaten up my cuticles rather then remove them entirely.

What an amazing place!! I can highly recommend this salon to everyone. I have really bad issues with my skin (pores, blackheads, spots). All previous beauticians weren't able to help me and convinced me to buy very expensive cosmetics which apparently made my skin looks even worse :( Then, my friend from uni told me about Wonderland... I have already had 4 treatments with Anette. I have no idea how she does it but everytime my skin looks better and better. She advised me what cosmetics I need to use, how I need to care of my skin (face, neck and decolletage) and what is causing problems with my spots and pores. We all want to look beautiful in our bodies that's why we need to start from our health and well being. Great place I was very happy with my waxing. I've never been so smoth my girlfriend is so happy! Thank You Anet and Claudia You did realy good job! Girls explained me that they were using special kind of wax called Lycon or something and it wasn't as painful as in other places. It is the best beauty salon in Cardiff, in my opinion. I have tried several English ones but the ladies here really know what they are doing. I am using their waxing services and Claudia, the beautician, is always so fast and precise. In genaral in Polish salons you can find much higher standards and better practirces than in English ones. Not to speak that the salon has a beautifull interior, threats for the client and relaxing atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing lashes. Russian volume take lashes to a completely different level. Caroline is a true professional & a master of her art. I cannot praise her professionalism & artwork enough. Your appointment is never just an appointment with an eye on the clock it is a work of art in progress & she doesn't stop until she is totally satisfied with what she has created. When she's finished the first thing you see is her smile checking her work - she then passes you the mirror and the smile is infectious & you see her masterpiece and the smile spreads to your face! xx

Love this place, came in for set of gel nail extensions, £34, the girl gave me a 5 min consultation, to find out about why I was getting them done, my lifestyle etc, and afterwards advised shellac would be better for my nails, I have never been so happy. Fantastic service!!!

I feel uncomfortable there as they all speak amongst themselves an not a word to you the client, the biggest issue was the pricing was quoted 40 for natural lashe's which was only a 20 min treatment with ok results not like the pics in book but was then charged 48 due to price increases, my biggest issue was 40.00 for a pedi with gel 6 week's ago it was 22.00 she said it's because I had gel ish 18.00 for a different varnish, I won't be back!!!
