I love my lashes - Jessica is fantastic and makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Cannot recommend highly enough - always made to feel welcome, always come out looking human again. Jess makes sure you leave the salon looking just as you would wish for. And Emily is an amazing hairdresser xx

Jessica and Emily are amazing at what they do. Jess has been doing my lashes for a while now and they are always perfect and last so well. I have also had my hair done by Emily and she did exactly what I asked for. Both girls are super friendly and always make me feel welcome :)

I’ve been going to see Jess religiously for about 3 years now to get my eyelashes done and I absolutely love them every time. When a eyelash lady becomes your friend that is when you know you’ve got it good! Would highly recommend. Lovely, friendly environment, always!

Jessica does my LVL lashes and they come out amazing and last for weeks. I also have facials with Jessica and my skin feels and looks great, wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Emily colours and cuts my hair and really knows her stuff. They are both lovely girls who really make you feel welcome and comfortable and I would highly recommend this salon 😊

I couldn’t recommend both Jess and Emily enough! I’ve had my hair done by Emily for a few months now and the difference she made is crazy! So talented, skilful trust her 100% with my hair! I’ve been having facials with Jess for a while now and I just feel incredible after every time and my skin is just glowing now. Such a lovely person, so friendly just feel like you’re going to see a friend she makes you feel so comfortable! It’s hard to find a place where you can just be yourself with no judgment, you can just breathe easy around these girls, they’re the best!

Both girls are so lovely and professional, always made to feel so welcomed when coming for any treatment. Jess does my lashes and they are always long lasting, only ever have to come for infills every 3 weeks. Wouldn’t go to anyone else! Jess and Em are so passionate about their business and it really shows.

I have regular facials with Jessica which by far are the best ones I’ve ever had! She takes close attention to detail and it very knowledgeable. The salon and her presence is very calming. My skin has improved so much since going to Jessica and I couldn’t recommend her enough :).

I have been going to Jess for my lashes which are amazing on my fine and short natural lashes. I get dermabrasion and micro needling and it made so much difference to my skin. She always makes me feel at ease and comfy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants beautiful lashes, amazing facials, massages.

Emily and Jessica are so lovely! Emily has done my highlights for years and years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! She now cuts my toddlers hair and he loves it there! Jessica’s facials are AMAZING and so relaxing, I love when she adds in a little neck and shoulder massage into it!!

Jessica does my lashes every 3-4 weeks and they are the best lashes I have tried. She’s the loveliest person and always happy to help with appointments and lash advice. I live in Ipswich and go all the way to Colchester for these because I know she is the best. Her little salon is perfect 😊 keep doing you ❤️

Couldn’t recommend Em and Jess enough. I regularly have treatments by these two and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Prices are so reasonable and they are both so good at what they do. I went to jems to get Russian eyelash extensions & I am in love, they’re the best lashes I’ve ever had and they lasted me three weeks when I was on holiday in Mexico!! I would 100% recommend. Thanks xx

I’ve been coming here for a good few years now and from the beginning, I felt welcomed and treated like a friend rather than just a client. Jessica always talks to me and shows an interest in my life etc and I can always be guaranteed to have a good laugh!! I use Jessica to have lash extensions done. In the past I’d always have Russians, but recently become obsessed with how she does hybrids on me. But whatever style I choose she just always does such an amazing job, always knowing exactly how I want them. I genuinely will not use anyone else. I also find her to be really flexible & you can tell instantly she has a passion for every service she offers. I once had a Derma planning facial done & I was left with the softest skin. It was such a relaxing treatment I literally could have fallen asleep. A couple of years ago I also met Jessica’s mum who done my nails for me, using the ‘dip’ technique. Just like Jessica, she was so lovely & welcoming. She knew what I wanted length wise without having to ask and I was able to pick such beautiful colours from a range of different shades. During lockdown I was lucky enough to try some of Emily’s homemade cakes, that tasted absolutely delicious. I found that Emily was always willing to help and to accommodate my needs (I was pregnant at the time craving a lot of buttercream & boy did she not disappoint haha!) I honestly, look so forward to my appointments here. It’s literally like going from home to home. The whole family are just so kind, down to earth and understanding! As a mum who doesn’t get out much anymore, It’s lovely to be able to have a good giggle whilst also being pampered. Every service is carried out to such a high standard and every time I’m literally amazed at how much of an amazing job they always do. Trust me, you will never be disappointed after a visit here.
