A brilliant pedicure experience at Radiance today with Demi. She is such a knowledgeable young lady who expertly advised me about the laser treatment offered for toe nail issues and then set about getting me a laser patch test for next time, all of which was entirely in addition to the pedicure I had booked. I appreciated her finding the extra time to prepare a care plan going forward. She then repaired my broken toenail with silk, continued with a wonderful spa/gel pedicure and then booked me in for the laser treatment at my next visit. This salon offers so much more than a standard pedicure by having treatments for nail issues too and they genuinely care about nail health. Would highly recommended.

I love coming to radiance for my facials, waxing and pedicures. Leigh is the Queen of facials, kamilla is amazing at massages, all of the girls here are experienced and knowledgeable, when I've had intimate waxing here I was put at ease quickly and treated professionally and competently. I have so had anti wrinkle Injections here and am so over the moon with the results, this is my go to place for any beauty, nail, waxing or little treats for kyself and my family. Even my husband has been here for massages, 5 start always, thank you girls! X

I visit Radiance quite often and EVERY experience is top quality and the girls always deliver an amazing service; whatever it may be. Their massages by Kamila and Monika are to die for, I would honestly kidnap them for myself if I could 🤭🤣 All girls are trained to high standard and KNOW what they are doing to a T. I visit the salon every week for a back, shoulder and neck massage, the salon is very clean, relaxing and makes you feel you are getting your monies worth. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment. There is the option to see the same beauty therapist if you wish to. This means you are able.to build a rapport a relationship with your therapist. This is somthing that is important, meaning having my weekly massage, i feel more and more comfortable each week. I see the beauty therapist Sam and she is exceptionally friendly and professional. Well worth every penny, i do not regret paying my £27.50 each week for my neck shoulders ans back massage as she tries different techniques each week to ensure i get the best out of my time with her. She is incredibly honest, purely because when i have asked questions such as do i need more than one massage a week, do i need to pay to have a longer massage, she is incredibly honest and advised against this, ans gave her honest and professional opinion as to why she advises against this, meaning she cares and isn't trying to get more money out of me, which i have had at previous salons before.

Attended the salon today with my daughter for her birthday treat, we sat side by side for our pedicures, was a lovely experience 😊 we were offered drinks and made comfortable, the products used in the pedicure can be chosen from a wide range of different scents & fragrances, with a take home foot sachet for use on another day to prolong the effects on your feet. Loads of colour choice available for your toes too. We always leave the salon floating on air after a pedicure and it's the perfect way to spend a little time with my daughter, I'm always happy to have any one of the therapists during my treatment as they are all fabulous, and always leave us looking forward to our next visit, thank you Radiance team 😀 x

I got extensions here, soft gels, and they're amazing! Leanne did them and she made me feel so comfortable. Extensions don't normally last but nearly 2 weeks later, they're still on!
