I had a 60 minute Swedish Massage with Myesha and it was so nice to feel relaxed and at ease straight away. She explained everything to me clearly and discussed what I wanted to get from the treatment. I was so impressed with the massage and the pressure was perfect. Definitely worth the money and will book in again as soon as I can warrant another treat for myself.

I visited MBS for the first time to get BIAB Gel Nails and honestly it was 100% a superb experience from the second I walked in the door. The receptionist who greeted me was so friendly — which is always a positive sign. Not only this, from first walking into the building you can immediately see how immaculate it is which is an impressive feat due to the large building. Chelsea, who I booked into see, was also equally so sweet and did so well with my nails that it’s making me want to just show my nails off to the world because I’m so in love with them. The act of being able to pamper myself through an act so small as getting my nails done is probably my favourite experience and it was made 100 times better by the fact my experience at MBS was incredible. I would 100% recommend MBS!!! 🤍✨

I had an appointment with lovely Isobel , Manicure , Pedicure and Massage - Back Neck and shoulders. I really enjoyed visiting you today , Isobel met me and instantly I knew I was going to be pampered. I was asked lots of important information regarding my Massage. My Manicure and Pedicure are beautiful. My Massage by Isobel was the best I've ever had, I asked for a strong Massage as I drive daily for my job, I have to say for such a small framed lady Isobel did not disappoint, I felt rejuvenated afterwards. I would certainly recommend Mind Body and Soul. Clean and Tidy. Very professional. Nice and busy which I like. Toilets available down stairs and upstairs. Thank you Isobel 🥰🥰🥰👌 xxx

So impressed. It was my first time visiting MBS and I had a microneedling treatment for acne scarring. I've never had such treatment before but came in following a recommendation. I've been blown away by the results - it's been a few days now and my skin is visibly smoother, feels smoother and I can see the scarring on my face is less pronounced already. I am really excited to see the results after a few more sessions because this sort of thing is genuinely life changing for your self esteem. Best of all? Everyone from the reception to the beauticians themselves were so friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable and the whole building was tidy and clean considering how big it is. Really impressed!!

Saw Katie today for my LVL’s and nails. Amazing service as always, my nails look gorgeous ❤️. Was the first time having my LVL’s done at MBS and I wasn’t disappointed. They look amazing; when I’ve had them done previously they’ve hardly lifted!!! Katie explained what she was doing the whole way through. Excellent customer service and I will be rebooking.

5 stars.... should be 6! I don't often write reviews but I really thought that MBS deserved a glowing review after my recent visit. My nails look insane after Katie had got her hands on them! Not only that MBS is in such a fantastic location, easy to park outside and the therapists room was lovely and clean, and so relaxing. I really felt pampered! I loved it that much I have already booked up to the end of the year!

The sun beds are the best ones I’ve used & the beautician Katie is an absolute perfectionist in all that she does, made to feel comfortable and that nothing is too much for her to do or sort for me! MBS Colchester. Wow is the first thing that needs to be said and where else do I begin... The staff were friendly and very professional, the many products I've tried have all been amazing and very beneficial with clear and obvious improvements, my whole experiences there have always been wonderful and welcoming. Most recently I've had a Skinceutial Facial with Katie. During the treatment I was offered to put on headphones and listen to relaxing music (which I thought was a brilliant idea) so I said yes, then she continued my treatment by massaging my hands and arms, this was INCREDIBLE combined with the relaxing music! Very eurphoric and completely switched my mind off! My skin now feels so soft, looks amazing & completely rejuvenated it glows! I can't recommend this product enough or Mind, Body & Soul! 10/10!!!
