Kara spoke honestly and gave great advice about recommended treatments which may benefit my skin. Kara completed my facial with care and spoke about what she was doing at each part. The environment was very clean and professional, the girls out the front were polite, welcoming and approachable too, we had a lovely chat after my appointment!
