L. D.Kay is a lovely and welcoming lady, ever since I began my treatments she has always made me feel comfortable in her clinic. I have laser hair removal and have had great results with the treatments. A really relaxing and calming place to do my treatments.

My consultation was with Kay. Kay took on board my concerns and fears about the procedure and took her time in explaining and going through the details. This was done very professionally and knowledgeably giving me the confidence to go ahead and book my treatment.
I have started my course of treatment and can truly say that Kay is a perfectionist and i'm happy with the results that Kay has achieved for me so far. A great experience and i would definitely recommend the clinic.

The clinic is so clean, all the latest equipment and feels premium from the get go. She’s thought of all the little details including my beloved stress balls.
I’ve had full body laser hair removal treatment and the effect has been great so far, life changing and can’t wait to complete the rest of my sessions. I suffer with acne and have booked on for a hydrafacial following Kay’s recommendation. I would highly recommend. I’ve been to other laser and skin clinics in the midlands spending lots of money and time for no results providing no hope, but this one is definitely worth a try.
J. C.I first came across Skin Avenue from Instagram (I highly recommend you look at the page), and I was slightly apprehensive to book a consultation. 1. As it appeared as a new clinic within the Midlands. 2. I am male and some clinics refuse male clients. 3. Due to bad experiences with other clinics.
I booked a consultation with Kay and I was simply in awe by the thorough information she provided me regarding my skin concerns and her in-depth knowledge on laser hair removal. Kay was inviting, compassionate and most of all honest regarding treatment expectations, pricing and what to expect during and after sessions.
I explained to Kay that I have a plethora of skin issues such as scarring, active acne, stretch marks and thick hair. So I naturally had main questions such as; would laser work for me, would my scars from cystic acne heal and why didn't other clinics provide me with the results I wanted? Kay was patient and explained the advancements in her machines, and how these would benefit me.
I instantaneously decided to purchase the packages Kay individually catered towards my concerns and I have now had 3 sessions of laser hair removal and 2 HydraFacial sessions. The results have been simply phenomenal. I have received so many compliments on the clarity of my skin, and my hair has already dramatically reduced far more than the previous clinics I went to.
I personally find laser hair removal immensely painful and often dread attending my appointments. This has changed since going to Kay! She knows exactly how to deal with my pain threshold and will adjusting settings accordingly to make sure I am seeing results but yet not in unbearable amounts of pain; like I have been previously with other clinics. Kay will regularly spend time going above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need to make my session as comfortable as possible.
Compared to other locations I previously went to Kay has a luxury aesthetic to her clinic, the decor is simply divine and I always compliment Kay on her eye for design as well as being a top class practitioner!
I have recommended Skin Avenue to many friends and family members. Kay is truly beyond talented within her field of work, and I can't thank her enough for the confidence she has already provided me within the last three months. I look forward to seeing my final results over the next year with Kay.
