My full body massage was amazing and so relaxing. The pressure was perfect , my therapist was professional, friendly, welcoming and very polite. Lovely staff, make you feel comfortable and laugh so much you don’t feel anything whilst getting waxed! I have had a few different staff for waxing due to my own availability and not booking in advance but never had any problems with anyone would definitely recommend :) Receptionists are lovely as well x

My sister & I had the hot stone massage, which left us both very relaxed. This is an excellent beauty salon and will certainly be going back soon. It was my sisters first visit to this spa and having had massages elsewhere commented that "this was the best one she'd ever had".

The lady who does the treatment is always lovely and friendly, but everytime I've been for a leg wax there are always patches of hairs left. I've not said anything before now, but this time there are loads. She really needs to be more thorough and check before letting me go as I'm paying for a service and am not getting what I've paid for. I've now had to pay for my own wax strips to deal with this myself as I need my legs smooth for my holiday. The other downside is that there is always wax left on my legs or stuck to my feet, and I've never had this with other ladies there.

Visited Spa Beauty for the first time for a blackhead extraction with Cleo. I was nervous as I'd not had one before, but could not be happier with my experience. Cleo extracted all my blackheads and also got rid of some milia under my eye which had been there for years. I had an angry spot on my cheek which Cleo was also able to extract for me. Afterwards she showed me everything that was extracted which was weirdly satisfying to see! Cleo then gave me advice on how to look after my skin post-treatment which was really helpful. I will definitely be returning.

I had a fabulous first experience at Spa Beauty; the therapist was very good at making you feel comfortable - just the right amount of chatting and quiet to fully relax. I would 100% recommend the massage service here! Update: I have now been multiple times for massages and have had the same, positive experience. The customer service from people at the front desk is also excellent - they are very friendly and helpful. I also have used the waxing services - always with Amina and she is without a doubt the best therapist I have had in the 15 years I have been waxing! Very quick and efficient, with minimal pain.

I ❤️ spa. Literally the best laser machine, chemical peels, home care. My new favourite is the hydrafacial+peel+LED 😍 It's not often you find a clinic who's homecare is science led for skin health. I LOVE the antioxidant range. Then an SPF that works all day - I couldn't believe my eyes when I found one that the black UV light lamp proved worked at 100% even at 9pm at night with one application. Can't wait to see you in the new year for treatments to shrink me back in to my clothes for 2022 🙌 Thank you all for always being amazing xx

I have been twice with two different waters for a half leg wax and I was disappointed. Both times I have had parts of my leg not waxed, no after care information was given . While I was checked on during the appointment there was no look afterwards to see if there was hairs left. Normally I have someone go over with a tweezer or at least brush over with the hand to see where they missed. For example most recently some wax was left on. I have been to a few different places since I started waxing and this was my worst experience however that is because my others were very good. I just did not feel it was good enough

Instantly the lady I had the appointment with was warm and welcoming and knew just by looking at my skin all the problems I have with it. Instead of making me wait for another appointment, she fit me into her diary and within ten minutes she started my treatment and I’m so grateful because I can’t wait to see the results of my skin after two more sessions. I’m very new to having any form of facial or chemical peel. First time ever having a chemical peel, done by the wonderful Soumaya, I did not think I’d enjoy the peel as much as I did. She was incredibly informative about the whole proceeder as well as the after care. If you’re some like me who’s never even had a massage or anything like that, I can’t recommenced this place enough. Friendly staff, clean office and overall great experience. Will 100% be coming back again!

I had a strip wax. The lady that did my treatment was lovely and chatty. The room looked nice and comfortable, I think it was clean! I was made to feel comfortable and not judge for being so hairy! Hahaa! Everything was fine except the fact that they double dipped the spatulas... or rather dipped the same spatula for the whole treatment. I don't blame the lady, as I assume it's the salon's policy. But double dipping is a big no for me so won't be going back. Other than that, if you're okay with double dipping spatulas, this is probably a good place to go for a wax!

It is in an easy to reach and find central location with multiple parking options close by and I was impressed with the interior decor of the place. The staff are all lovely friendly people and are happy to assist where they can. Every treatment I had was explained to me fully with excellent advice thrown in too so I was totally at ease. The interior is very modern and clean with its massage facilities upstairs where it is quiet, warm and soothing with calming background music. I found the prices reasonable and as a newbie to this kind of thing was really comfortable trying different treatments due to their welcoming and patient service. So far have had a leg and back massage, facial wax, facial, dermabrasion and eyebrow tint. Their website o line is easy to navigate and the online booking system is simple and convenient when I decide late on a whim that I want a treatment. I can't wait to come back!
