I always come here for my daughters waxing. They really take care of her and are brilliant in making her feel comfortable. All the girls are really accommodating and will take on any feedback you give them but I have always left happy when they’ve done waxing treatment on my girl.

Nice staff, great prices and a good service. However, it often feels a little rushed. Eyebrow threading is only £2 but they want to be finished as fast as possible. I understand it's cheap but they've set the prices! A little more care and attention to detail wouldn't go amiss. 🙏🏼

Recently got my girls ears pierced from Beauty Box Derby. My eldest daughter was a little scared but bally di put her at ease, once it was done my daughter said, is that it and smiled. Happy mum and happy daughters. Thank you again Beauty Box. I recommend this place for beauty treatments had my massage and facial done numerous time and always been pleased with the treatments. Very clean Parlour and always have good offers.

I have to say that this is a very well run business, where I have never been dissapointed. Bally, the manager is absolutely amazing, her professionalism and knowledge always shines through. I find both Anu and Bally see me as an individuial, and will always go out of her way to give the best. It is evident the treatments offered are always backed by the latest research and evidence. I often see Bally's mum in the salon, known as 'aunty' to me, she is so kind, welcoming and brings a vibrant atmosphere with her. It is so nice to see families working hard and supporting each other. Anu is wonderful, pleasent and always accomodating. I have lycon waxing, facials, massages and scrubs...she has such a calm and soft demeanor. I always feel relaxed and comfortable during treatments. I really cannot fault beauty box.

My work friends bought me a package from there; facial and full body massage. I really can't rate them enough! The place was very clean, very tidy, the women all wore face masks and kept to government recommended guidelines. They we're very attentarive ensuring I was comfortable the whole time without invading my Zen They got me in straight away when I booked, gave me privacy, and I had the most amazing facial and body massage :) they were so friendly and gave me the best hour and a half I've had out of this year :) they even gave me a deep pore cleanse which I've never had before... my face and skin feel so so nice. To top it off, they gave me a herbal tea 😂 which I wasn't expecting to be fair but it's the little things xx I left feeling like a queen and will definatley recommend them to a friend and will be purchasing another treatment myself They look like they've got so many treatment options that I'll definatley be booking for just because they seen lile trustworthy people and they'll do a good job xx xx

Recently attended for a hair spa,. Parmjit was great, she really looked after me and was very patient with my curly and difficult to comb hair. Treatment was brilliant and left my hair feeling nourished and conditioned. With a relaxing head massage thrown in for good measure! I've been going to the beauty box for years, I have tried others but keep returning to what I know and trust. The owner, Sim is a wonderful woman and knows her stuff! Sim has recommended products for my hair and skin but without the hard sell. This is something I find very refreshing. I have tried massage, facial, threading, pedicure, manicure, leg wax, eyebrow wax and now the hair spa. Never had any problems with any of my treatments. Special Thanks to Parmjit!!

Visited for a mani, pedi and eyelash extensions. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I’m really pleased with the results. Staff were all wearing masks and disinfecting surfaces between each client.

I always used to get my eyebrows threaded here, but on the last visit they ruined my eyebrows and they were left uneven. Up until today my eyebrows have not grown back properly. My daughter also had a make up and hair trial for prom, but it looked terrible. Finally, I completed a course for laser treatment on my face, however the girl who did it was extremely rude, unprofessional and had no customer service skills. On one occasion she made me wait up to an hour for my appointment, so that she could eat her fish and chips and then rushed the treatment and burnt my face, so I am now left with a scar. Avoid at all costs! Since writing this review, Bally (the manager/owner) has personally contacted me to resolve the matter. Bally was very concerned, caring and professional, hence I have changed my rating to 3 stars whereas it was previously 1 star. Bally has assured me that she will talk to the member of staff involved. Thank you Bally.

Great walk in service. Staff very kind and accommodating Paramjit - what a lovely, genuine nice lady. Made time to talk to me whilst having my treatment done (HD Brows) and gave me great advice on how to maintain them etc. Would definately reccomend and be coming again for other treatments. By far the best salon in Derby! Have a huge range of treatments and their facials, especially the Dermatude, are amazing! The staff are all very lovely and great at what they do!!! Ive recently started getting HD Brows from beauty box. Paramjit is absolutley fantastic. She takes her time and ensures the brows are equal. She is very professional and a lovely lady. I had a lot of gaps in my brows and they were very uneven. I was given advice on how to care for my brows and now the gaps have reduced and i have fuller and longer brows. Paramjti did excellent job threading and tinting eyebrows and introduced me to Lycone wax which I thought was much less painful than threading on my top lip and chin, gave good results.
