I can't speak highly enough of the team at Face & Body, all the girls are welcoming and efficient. Sam looks after myself and my daughter and has achieved amazing results for us both. I've had treatments done before from other places and fell for the cheaper offers too(which I now regret). Face and body is absolutely brilliant and they make sure we understand our treatments in depth. The machines are new and one of a kind. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. I've seen the results and I'm in love with em. Totally recommend it. 👍🏻

After returning to the clinic this week to continue my laser hair removal treatments, I was greeted by Ella and shown through to the treatment room. Ella made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and I felt like I was in such capable hands of a knowledgeable young lady! I really feel like Ella deserves to be recognised for how amazing her customer service is. After talking through my experiences in life with unwanted hair (a really embarrassing conversation I never thought I’d have) Ella was so relatable and has encourage and supported me to go ahead with a treatment I never though I’d be comfortable enough to do! Honestly, I just wanted to give praise where it’s needed and I am so impressed with Ellas knowledge, passion and professionalism for such a young lady, she is a credit to the Face and Body team. I know it’s not often people take time out of their day to praise people, however I really wanted to make sure that I made the effort to let you know of my fabulous experience. I wish I’d of met Ella sooner and got further ahead with my treatments!

I had my legs lasered here. The staff are always courteous and explain fully the process. I've had no hair growth since especially considering it was only the first session. I've a high pain tolerance (which probably helped with the good results) however the staff always check to ensure that it isn't too uncomfortable. I highly recommend.
