5 star experience and perfect results I did a lot of research prior to booking in for scalp micropigmentation and having the service available in Derby was a great bonus as there are no others! From my very first line of contact Michael was switched on, customer focused and helpful. He explained the process and estimated how many sessions to achieve the look I was after after leaving my hairline back in 2010. Everything was spot on, relaxing, very clean and Michael is very knowledgeable being a true master of his art. It takes multiple sessions as Michael needs to see how your skin takes the pigment and to adjust the colour to blend in perfectly. I enjoyed every part of the process and the results speak for themselves. No more comb over and I have my hairline back. Its hard to stop smiling. Book with confidence. I cannot recommend enough. I’ll start with a my results….. wow amazing!!! I feel better within myself, younger, fresher and it looks so natural, I didn’t let my friends and family know about my treatment just to see if anyone noticed the changed. One of My closest family members said there is something different but couldn’t put there finger on it, my friends couldn’t even tell!!! I’m so happy with the out come. Mike at MZ’s becomes your friend he’s so genuine, honest and a friendly guy, very professional you instantly have trust. If anyone has any questions/feelings about is this treatment for me…. When i first heard about SMP i was very skepticle and did not think it was the right treatment for my baldness. I am 47 years old and have tried everything in the past including hair transplantation, which gave poor results and was very painful, plus very expensive. I met Michael at MK Hair Clinic and he put me at ease right away. He explained the treatment and the price, which was very good and affordable. I have approached many clinics in the area and MK is by far the best in terms of treatment, costs and flexibility when making appointments. I have had 4 x treatments now and they have transformed my appearance for the better. I feel more confident and it is amazing to have my hairline back. It really does make me look younger too. Michael is a true professional from start to finish. I came to Michael for SMP treatment on recommendation from a friend. I previously had this treatment last year at a different clinic but wasn’t entirely happy with the finished result. Michael explained his procedure fully and we worked together to decide the end result. He’s a great guy, friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Micheal has been very professional from the beginning to the end. He has made me feel very welcome, and spent over an hour having a consultation with me. And after having consultations previously at other well known clinic Micheal filled me with the most confidence. He was never pushy to book an appointment, and told me to have time to go and think about it. Because of this I decide to go with MK hair clinic, and it was the best decision I could have made. After deciding to have SMP i got in contact with Michael, he's a great guy, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. He made it clear I could call/message him with any questions. I booked in and had a consultation and procedure on the same day. The process is quite simple, he draws the outline of you hair and once your happy you lie down and he tattoos dots on your head. It doesn't really hurt, you just feel the vibrations (pain 4/10). Tattoos are a lot more painful. After the first sitting it just looked like a shadow on my head, but gives you a good idea of the shape of what it will look like. Mike the gives you some ointment to use over the next few days and tells you have to take care of it. The next day I felt no soreness what so ever. After the second sitting you can see the effect more as it a few shades darker. Most people (including my mum) just assumed it was my normal hair, which was great. After the third and final sitting (which I've only just had) you can tell a real difference. He uses a darker tone again to create a more realistic look. And the hair looks a lot more dense. I'm really happy with the result. Mike is a true expert at what he does and a great bloke. I would highly recommend him if your thinking of having this procedure. Thanks Mike 👍🏻

I highly recommend MK Hair Clinic in Derby. I contacted various other clinics that offer similar services, but the reply I received from MK felt the most honest and trustworthy. I asked a lot of questions and always got a response. Having just been for my third treatment i can say without reservation that i am extremely pleased with the result. I travelled a good 1.5 hours to attend appointments, but the overall cost was very reasonable and the extra travel time was more than worth it. The owner is very warm and friendly and above all he wants to do his very best, which is evident upon meeting him. A rare quality these days! If you are considering micropigmention, then just go for it! Its well worth it and honestly i wished i had done it years ago now, as it very convincing. 10 out of 10 from me!

After researching various clinics offering SMP around the UK I decided to message Michael due to reading the positive reviews he has received. Upon messaging Michael via Facebook, he requested I send over some photos of my hairline etc. Within minutes I received a price back, I then requested a follow up consultation in person. During the consultation the SMP procedure was explained and I had the opportunity to ask questions. The price did not increase and there was no pushy sales tactics. The clinic is very clean, professional and there is low cost parking outside. Following the consultation I decided to proceed and booked my first session on a Saturday. In total I have had 3 session all out of hours, Michael is happy to work with you and book in evening sessions if needed. The transformation is incredible and I believe this is due to the expert advice given and has resulted in a natural hairline. In fact my close friends and colleagues are really impressed with the result as the were sceptical pre treatment! It’s clear Michael has a real passion for SMP and helping clients and is a credit to the industry. I’ve now nicknamed him Michael the magician! If you are considering having this procedure I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MK Hair.

Really good guy, has done far more than he or I expected but he wont give up and is determined that the result is perfect. I was concerned about the pain but it really does not hurt and is a very stress free treatment. He is very competitive and takes a lot of pride in his work. I stumbled upon M.K HAIR CLINIC in Derby which was not too far (Sheffield) from me. Michael (Artist/Clinition/Specialist) offered an informal and prompt response my message. He offered a professional consultation. Clearly explained the procedure and price. Very understanding/calm and welcoming guy. Overall very professional. Regarding procedure : Micro Pigmentation : Less painful than tattoos but honestly, it all depends on your threshold, on my, i would rate 6/10 compared to getting tattoo. When the ink blends in with skin (roughly 6 days after my treatment), all looks natural. He pays attention to detail so you have good hairline. Colour of ink is perfectly matched so it looks like my natural hair follicles. During process, he keeps in touch. Alot cheaper than alot of big guns but defo more friendly and professional. Hygiene : Neat and tidy, with medical grade equipment. It's been 3 weeks since my procedure and i am very pleased with the results.
