H. A.I have been looking for a salon for waxing as a different salon seriously let me down. I read the reviews for natural waxing and was very suspicious of people saying waxing was pain free or less painful but decided to attend anyway. My suspicions were wrong! It was less painful and bareable, where as before I'd have bright red skin/plucked chicken effect after, lots of flinching, jaw clenching etc, this time we were just chatting away, it was super quick too despite how much regrowth I had. I was very comfortable at the salon a very good experience all round, I shall definitely be returning - thank you for the great service
S. A.I have been coming here since December 2020, even moved back to London and I still travel once a month to get my sugaring and hamam done. My hair growth has slowed down exceptionally. I would also recommend buying her home hamam kit, it has done wonders for my skin. I’ve never looked back since coming here. Her products are amazing, her lash serum have given me amazing results. Also, her masks are amazing they’ve lightened all my pigmented areas. Shes efficient when she sugars and leaves you with a clean finish.
D. H.My daughter and I had a very authentic Turkish Hammam experience . I wont spoil the session for others as it’s something you need to enjoy without knowing everything about it. The host ( sorry I can’t remember her name ) outs you at ease immediately. Felt so relaxing and pampered.

A. T.I’ve been coming here for near enough 7 years. Still remember my first time, naturally you’d be nervous having a wax in a new place, from a person you’d never met before, but Afef made me feel instantly at home - she’s the friendliest and most approachable professional I’ve ever met.
Sugaring itself is hands down the best hair removal method there is - it’s not pain-free, but as close as comfortable as it could possibly get! Sugar sticks to the hair, not the skin, leaving the area smooth but not irritated. I’ve been known to go for a sweaty workout at the gym less than 12 hours after the procedure, and have never had any inflammation or reaction after. There is no way I could have done that after normal waxing - the skin is just too sensitive and open to infection.
Afef also offers a luxurious hammam service that’s worth treating yourself to - it’s completely relaxing, and you’ll walk out with a brand new skin!!
I personally wouldn’t go anywhere but here - I often think I’m so lucky to have this salon in my home city, as the skills, the product and the service that Afef offers are simply unparalleled ❤️
