Second time getting my nails done

*** Correcting information **** I rated Riverwalk Nail & Beauty 5star for professional. But it was not the first reason I'm here. I'm here to correct the information. The lady name Joanne Chang had state on her comment here about Her experience at River walk Nails salon and also mentioned LATER visited Durham Nails to pay £5 for one little gem. My name Tom , as I'm director at Durham Nails, would like to say, we are, Durham Nails , have never charge such that amount for one little gem. Maybe she was asked to pay £5 but must be for extra service(s). For the lady name Joanne Chang, firstly, I would like to say thanks for visited us, with all due respect, if you paid us £5 for one little gem, not included any spare tips, please contact Durham Nails and ask for Tom, I will refund you in full with my apologies about over charged you. Nails are nice, they do a good job, but no interaction unless asking shape, length or colour. They talk to each other but not their customers x
