The best nail salon. Berfin is excellent, her attention to detail is great. Every time I go I ask for something different and I've always left extremely happy with the outcome. She looks after my natural nail and listens to exactly what I want. The products used are great and the atmosphere and music is always fab. Highly recommend.

The salon was very accommodating and was able to fit me in for acrylic nail extensions as soon as I called them. Very friendly staff and Victoria who did my nails was absolutely lovely. She did my nails to a t and matched the nail art picture I gave very well. The only downside for me - which is why I’ve given this 3 and not 5 stars - was the price. I expected to pay for acrylic nail extensions and nail art however they overcharged me and asked me to pay for shellac nail polish - which is something I never asked for. When I enquired about this the staff said to me that the nail art could only be done with shellac - which didn’t sound right to me at all. In any case this should have been highlighted to me BEFORE the treatment as this wasn’t mentioned on their website or services/prices list at all. I was happy with my nails but didn’t leave feeling good at all with the amount they charged me especially for a service I didn’t ask for.

I went along to the salon with a friend who was getting her nails done and decided to get mine done too. The girls were really friendly and accommodating to fit me in. The manicure was very nice with great attention to detail. I’ve had my gel nails for a week and there’s still no chips. Would recommend and go again.

Went here today and really happy with the service. Had a basic manicure and happy with the results and cost. Can't comment on more complex treatments. Cuticle trimming was quick and painless. My first proper manicure so this feels like a good sign! Staff were friendly. Nice wee shop.

The member of staff was really rude and had a go at me for having O.P.I gel on my nails as it's harder for them to take off (no one has ever had a problem with this before). I explained that the reason I always have that brand is because it doesn't chip. He assured me that the brand doesn't chip either. I was sceptical. A week later and lo and behold my nails are a shambles compared to usual - I can usually last 3 weeks! Not worth the price.

Dagmara gave me a french manicure and pedicure for my wedding day. My nails looked so chic and elegant I could not stop looking at them! Fantastic job!! All the staff were friendly and professional and the salon is very clean and stylish. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have to tell you this....I'm a visiting American who made the mistake of going to another nail place across town. The paint job was so botched that I left without paying and hiding my hands from the world. I nearly took the door off at Cut'lcle, trying to get there before they closed. I'd read all the reviews online and all but begged them to fix the horrific mess. My nails were so bad it looked like an elf had pooped silver all over a red background. God bless them; they were quick, professional, and didn't faint at the sight of my ghastly paint job. I am now typing this with perfectly manicured hands and nails in a stunning purple shellac. I believe they went through 7....seven.....files trying to get all the nasty polish off my nails. They never complained and didn't make me feel like an ignorant tourist for not doing my research first. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart; you made my day!

Went to get my nails done on my lunch break from work, plenty of colours to choose from and done within half an hour so still had plenty of time left for lunch. Can't really fault, no complaints at all.
