Professional with Principles I have been attending Dermalclinic for a number of years and the staff are so professional and caring. I have had a number of treatments and absolutely love the facials and the results! Treatments with Jackie are amazing and the time that she takes to understand the look and the result that you are looking for. I love that this is a lady of principles, she is honest about treatments and if the treatment, isn’t right for you, she will always have the honesty to tell you and suggest an alternative. Dermalclinic really do care about their clients.

I have been a regular client for few years and there is no better place like that in Edinburgh. Amazing, fully professional attitude toward client needs. I have had done botox in my forehead area and it looks incredible. Spectacular view. Stuff only will do any treatment which is good for your health and appearance. Once I wanted to get done botox in my eyes area, but it was advised me, not getting that done as it wouldn’t be good in my case. Highly recommended in each way.

I've been going to Dermal Clinic for a couple years now and can highly recommend. I had enquired about anti-wrinkle treatment and from the start, the staff have been so kind and professional. Jackie went through what I wanted, she provided me with options whilst explaining everything thoroughly.There was no rush or pressure whatsoever and now I've been receiving botox for a couple years! The dermal clinic is a well recognised and respect clinic in Edinburgh. In fact, so much so, it has been awarded ‘best clinic in Scotland’.. and there is no doubt about that! I choose to come here and see Jackie as she is warm and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional at what she does. Her passion always shines through when she talks to you about skin and what she believes is right for you. I go to Jackie for my botox and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has given me the confidence back that I was missing, and my skin looks so much more youthful and less tired looking, bonus! All the staff are very friendly and warm, the service is highly professional and treatments are carried out with care and attention to detail. I just wanted to leave a review to say what a great experience I’ve had at Dermal Clinic. I had the misfortune of visiting a substandard aesthetic nurse and promised myself my next appointment would be with the best aesthetic nurse I could find. It doesn’t take much googling to see Jackie is the best in Scotland. I have been to the clinic twice for lip enhancement and anti wrinkle injections. Both times I was welcomed with a smile and as soon as you walk into Dermal Clinic you know you are in the best hands. I honestly am so delighted with my results and I know this is the place I will be returning to for years to come. Many thanks!

Visited the clinic with a lump in my upper cheek, was reassured that it was a Seborrheic Keratosis. This was treated immediately with cryotherapy. I was in the clinic under 30 minutes and my skin has recovered 7 days later. Excellent friendly efficient service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to others

The reviews below with poor scores are predominantly due to the clinic's policy regarding children, nothing to do with the wonderful services provided by the friendly, welcoming and extremely experienced staff at Dermal Clinic. I've been visiting for years and have received excellent treatments and advice at all times - including advice for me not to spend any money at all. There are other salons in Edinburgh that are far easier for me to get to, but I will continue to return to Dermal Clinic for Jackie's ministrations as long as I can.

Jackie gave me a very honest appraisal of my suitability for a treatment that I was requesting. Jackie's consultation was free and in the end I left without any treatment taking place: clearly the clinic is run to a very high professional and ethical standard. It's also a beautiful clinic inside and the staff are very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others seeking advice and treatment.

I've had treatments done from Jackie, Lauren, Jen and Cat and I must say they are all lovely and amazing! Don't have any complaints hence the reason I'm always going back for new and different treatments. All are always very welcoming as soon as I enter and there are absolutely no judgemental or weird looks I get from any of the staff (which I've experienced in other clinics/salons). I'm so glad I found this place!

I've known Jackie for several years now and always go back. I carry out facial aesthetic treatments myself but when it comes to my face, only Jackie will do! I was over last week (I travel over from Belfast; yes she's that good!!) to have treatment carried out and as usual it was top notch. Couldn't recommend Jackie and her clinic enough. Her credentials and numerous awards speak for themselves!

I have been visiting the clinic for 5 years now and it is first class. Jacqui is the best in the business! Every treatment I've had here has been perfect and Jacqui always makes me feel at ease. I have two small children and I would never dream of taking them to one of my appointments. I think the reviews below are unfair! I would highly recommend Dermal Clinic.

I cant believe that this clinic gets bad reviews? I visited on Saturday and the staff were very welcoming, professional & friendly. The facial I booked was £150, which seems expensive but the treatment lasted 2hours! EXTREAMLY good value for money, informative and I will absolutely be making another appointment.

This is not a review as I have never needed to use the clinics services but I have an observation. Ms Ross who gave a one star and a complained did the same on the Spire site. I don't know if a pinch of salt is a prescription drug but readers should take one when reading that review.
