From start to finish I was impressed with this place Samika, my nail technician was lovely and so welcoming. After my regular salon cancelled on me I was looking for someone to do my nails at short notice. The shop is spotless and the technician listened to exactly what I wanted and offered advice. She has done a lovely job, I love my nails and will use this salon in the future.

Very happy with my acrylic extensions last week. Nail technician was really friendly and nails are a great quality. I chipped a nail by accident a few days after having them done. I quickly nipped into the salon and they were more than happy to spare 5 minutes to repair the nail for me.

Love this place. The girls are lovely and treatments are top quality and very efficient! I usually book for my nails doing every couple of weeks with Samika. She’s so welcoming and friendly and my nails are always done perfectly and last the full 2 weeks. 10/10

When get my eyebrows threaded I told her about my previous visit to another company who messed them up leaving them uneven, and she fixed them straight away. As my nails grow there is no catching, chipping or anything like that thanks to Samika’s skill. She is very talented, professional and always does my nails exactly the way I want.

I can’t fault the service here. My nails were done to a high standard and the ladies that work there are friendly. However, prior to my appointment I called the headquarters to find out exactly what type of infill appointment to book for the specific nails I wanted (I sent photos). I was given a price and went ahead and booked but it turns out they wanted an extra £12 on top of the £32.99 for this specific design which I didn’t know about until the day of the appointment. Not great.

I asked for kavita when booking the appointment and didn't get who I asked for, I also have a huge dry rash on both my eyebrows from the waxing. I've been here many times before and never had an issue with the wax. I'm not sure I'll be back again as my eyebrows are in a bit of a mess. The shape is really good but I had to rub off a lot of the tint. The waxing was so sore it felt like my face was being ripped off.

Had an appointment at 6pm for an eyebrow wax, came in at half 5 and Sairah happliy took me then. Ended up with an eyebrow wax and tint for an excellent price! Sairah was lovely, very chatty and i love my new brows. Already had nice comments from my friends at how nice my eyebrows are. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend. Thank you!

Friendly as always. Second time getting lashes here, good outcome, some of the individual lashes did seem to be stuck a little close to the eye lid rather than just in the lash but all in all happy and good value for money. Thank you and I will be back :)

Ive previously been up before to get my lashes done by Kasia and they were lovely. Today i was booked in for a massage which the therapist didn't introduce herself but i believe to be Pamela, then told me to head through to the room. I did so on my own, not shown there by my therapist and when i started to get ready for my massage i realised how freezing the room was! And there was no blanket on the bed to cover myself up with. I feel that it was very un professional and uncomfortabe because of the cold. My lashes turned out lovely but i won't be in for any other treatments other than lashes.
