I was on my way to the gym when I saw the £20 offer for acrylic nails. I thought I'd give it a shot, since I never had my nails done in a salon before and I just wanted to try it. The person that looked after me was Amy. She told me she just started and that she's building clientele. I don't think I could have been happier with the result. She took her time and even though I didn't have an appointment, she agreed to help me out with this and made my nails pretty. She did not have time for acrylic nails, however she used gel and now I have lovely gel nails. I honestly recommend her and I am hoping to go back to her because she did an amazing job and I hope she'll have more people that will give her a chance and try her services. For me it was an amazing experience, I was deeply impressed at how much effort and care she put into what she was doing and I could tell she was genuinely trying to make me happy as well. Thank you Amy, I won't forget the way you treated me and I hope all goes well for you from now on. x

Kelly is incredibly talented - my nails are like a work of art when she's finished with them! She and the team at KSI are just lovely and always make me feel very welcome. Couldn't recommend KSI any more highly.
