D. M.Both my daughter's got their ears pierced here. Great choice of earrings and fabulous service. Much nicer than sitting them in the shop window. The girls here made my daughter's feel safe and comfortable throughout.
I. H.Well looked after by Elspeth as usual. Salon had no hot water but stylists were boiling kettles! Absolutely no problems with that. You wouldn't have known there was a problem!

C. P.Superb blow dry from Jennifer. I have fine hair in a bob - and wanted it styled with lift and body - not just dead straight . Jennifer understood and it was perfect - smooth bob, with lift and body - exactly what I'd asked for. If I lived in Edinburgh I'd be back regularly.
C. C.Clean and professional atmosphere at the salon, offerring OK-ish waxing. My problem is that they have never been thorough enough (also considering the price): I've been there 3 times trying 3 different specialists and I always discover areas they missed when I get home. Maybe a sign that staff are generally inexperienced. It is also annoying to get told off for booking an appointment when the hair is not "long enough". The customer is paying for a service, because they need it then and there. A recommendation is ok, but in the end you have to give them the best service possible -- especially when you are priced rather on the higher end.

T. T.Fab attention by Daisy (hair) and Alina (nails). They use products of good brands like Opi, Reiken, and others. Would definitely go back and recommend 100%.
