The salon had been chemically cleaned, plus a raft of other safety measures had put in place including sanitiser, masks, screens and social distancing. On top of all of this I also received a fantastic manicure and pedicure. I couldn’t recommend Soprano Ice more.

I've never noticed the salon before as it's tucked away but what a gem! Siobhan was so kind and lovely and I had a really nice relaxing time for my birthday treat! Everything was smooth from the website (which is excellent) and super super easy booking process complete with reminders to the actual appointment. When I got there the procedure (dermapen) was clearly explained to me along with do's and dont's for aftercare and I felt really good afterwards. The salon is a lovely atmosphere too, lovely people working there, the rooms are cosy and relaxing and smell amazing. I will definitely come back next time I need a treatment done! Thank you so much!

Siobhan is a very friendly, professional lady who makes you feel at ease immediately. The radiance facial is truly relaxing and includes a neck & shoulder massage which Siobhan is an expert at. The pressure given is sufficient to feel the difference on both your face as well as your neck and shoulders. The Elemis products used have the most beautiful smell and truly work.
