I thought the staff really listened to what you wanted from the start, even looking up pictures to compare and show. Definitely 5 stars for their kind and helpful staff as well as their skill for getting it right. Have been multiple time and always came out with great hair that lasts even after 5 or 6 washes! I would recommend Karen Butter as she is always someone I can rely on. As well as hair I have had my nails done there and is quick and easy but nevertheless a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely go there if you are looking for a reasonably priced salon with professional results. 10/10

I've had shellac on my nails here as a birthday gift last year and my hair restyled and conditioning treatment, as a birthday treat this year. There's always special offers running. Giving you a great price on several treatments. There's the usual options for hair, colour/tint hair, highlights, lowlights anything really. Also you can get waxing done here. I think it's great. All the girls have been so friendly. . I like to come here for a treat. I'd recommend.

Lovely modern salon in central corstorphine. Great service. Karyn did my cut and blow dry. She listened carefully and did exactly what I asked for. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I have been meaning to write this review for a number of years! I have been going to The Beauty Works since it opened and can honestly say it is by far the best beauty salon in Edinburgh. Trust me... I have tried them all! The staff are by far the best thing about this salon. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. It's like visiting your best friend! Marsha's waxing and eyebrows are the best in the business! My whole family go to her! She is also so kind and reassuring and gives the best advice when it comes to beauty and skincare. Louisa's massages are hands down (no pun intended) the best I have ever had! I travelled Thailand for months and I can still safely say Louisa's are better! If you are looking for a massage that is absolutely 100% tailored towards you then look no further. From the minute you enter the treatment room she puts you at ease. It's like she can actually sense how you are feeling that day and then tailors the massage to suit. She'll even let you choose your own essential oil based on how you feel. Last time she incorporated a thai foot massage, reiki and an indian head massage into 90 minutes of pure bliss. You will not be disappointed if you go to her for a massage. She is seriously talented. I have also recently started going to Karyn for my hair and she is so knowledgable and experienced. Highly recommended. Finally, the treatment rooms always feel so quiet and tranquil, despite being only a few steps from a busy road. I genuinely feel a million miles away when I'm in them. Candles and cosiness. Just what the doctor ordered! I'm moving out of Corstorphine in the next month and I will without a doubt continue to go to this salon for all my treatments, despite the half hour travel time. Thanks to all the girls at The Beauty Works. Don't ever stop what you are doing!

Beauty works is a great salon. Staff are very friendly. There is a happy atmosphere in this salon. Get hair and beauty done there, and always a fantastic service.
