As a full time combat sports athlete and national wrestling champion I’ve had plenty of experiences with massage in the past and fully understand the benefits that it can bring to my training/performance. With that in mind, I can’t say enough how happy I was to find such an excellent and well priced service in my local area as the one offered by Shay at The Works Therapy. After every session Shay even goes as far as to message me in the following days to make sure that my body has reacted well to the treatment and that I’m not feeling any aches/pains. I’m really looking forward to continuing to book in for massages with Shay in the future and think she could potentially play a big part in helping me prepare for any and all future national/international competitions.

In relation to cleanliness I couldn’t fault anything. The whole environment felt so safe especially now during COVID. Shay displayed professionalism throughout both treatments and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during my time in the pod. Reasonable prices and definitely have the 1-2-1 experience rather than just feeling like another client. After one session with Shay I walked home with no pain in my knee. The massage was relaxing as well and Shay was very knowledgable, the pod is great too! Shay was great as always. I've always struggled to make shellac last but since going to Shay for my nails and using plexigel i regularly get 3 weeks plus from my shellac. Love it! Shay also has an amazing range of colours as well as glitter and nail art and is always happy to add those little touched.
