After major research, and mostly coming up with bigger beauty salons, I found Beauty Haven with its magical 5 stars across the board. I have been to Bally for 3 sessions of lazer, and let me just say that this woman knows what she's doing. The advice and knowledge she provides is next to none. I have had amazing results, life changing results at that. If you are considering going, then please please go, it's incredible and I will continue to travel across the city to go here.

I had my first session with Bally for my laser hair removal on my legs in October of this year. I am honestly surprised with the results after just one treatment. From shaving nearly every 1-2 weeks to not having to shave as frequently. I would highly recommend Bally if you are looking to start laser hair removal. I was a regular at Bally for my brows after seeing so many people on my social media sharing pictures of their beautifully done brows. After a few appointments I spoke to Bally about potentially getting laser hair removal, she spoke me through the entire process start to finish and everything else in between. She told me what to expect, a realistic idea of the outcome, the process behind hair growth and the do’s and donts. For a pretty intimate procedure she makes you feel completely at ease and comfortable and every appointment is a good old catch up. Top quality results and such a good environment. Could not recommend Bally enough for laser hair removal. I struggled with my hair growth and skin and wasted loads of money at other places even though I had heard about Bally. I finally went for a consultation and she explained everything to me in great detail and told me where I was going wrong. I have had two treatments and have already seen great results even though I thought I would need many more to achieve my goal. Another fantastic visit to the gorgeous Bally for my laser hair removal treatment. It’s been 18 months since my last session THATS how good she is, best in Glasgow. Been having my treatment at Beauty Haven for the last 5+ years and I would never go anywhere else. She really does care about her clients and doesn’t just get you in every 3 months when there isn’t a need, she’s honest about what you need and how often you need it. I have really dark hair and after several treatments I’m about 90% hair reduction now so only see her annually which is a shame as she’s a great laugh and I enjoy my visits. Bally is amazing, and I cannot recommend her services enough. She truly cares about her client's well being, and understands the negative impacts having a lot of hair can have on daily life. I have had 3 sessions on my bikini (~70% reduction), two on my legs (80% reduction), and one on my face (~50% reduction in ONE treatment). I will continue to get other areas treated with Bally. The results are really outstanding. If you are worried about the prices (I was), go in for a consultation anyways and chat with Bally - I am sure you will need less treatments than you think, and the quality of services she provides will end up saving you money in the long run. Would highly recommend beauty haven. I have suffered from excessive hair growth my whole life and it made me feel self conscious around others close by as it was very thick and dark. I have been to another laser clinic and after going for years never seen any improvement when I was told I would only need six treatments. However a few months ago I was given Ballys number at beauty haven and decided to give it a try. It has improved my life dramatically and have seen a huge difference after only one treatment. I have now had my second on my face and have started to get other areas lasered also! Bally is very knowledgable and explains every step very thoroughly and is very patient throughout the treatment. When a friend recommended Beauty Haven I was really surprised at how much cheaper the laser sessions were and how much longer they lasted. That was in 2012 and I’ve been a client of Bally’s ever since. She is so knowledgeable about hair removal and takes so much time to make sure you get great results. It’s painless and it works! Bally literally changed my life and made it so much better. With only one treatment, +40% of my hairs are gone already! Having PCOS and a lot of thick dark hairs, I chose to go for electrolysis every two weeks for a year at another place before looking another place. Bally asked me to trust her and give her a chance by letting her try laser on my face instead. And let me tell you, she was right! She knows exactly what she is doing, and is passionate about her job. Treatments are painful, of course, but I am already so happy. She took pictures and will probably post them at some point online, what a difference only one treatment makes! Just got out of our 2nd session, can’t wait to see the results !
