Roz is the ultimate professional! I've trusted her with my brows for years as I don't like anything too dramatic. She listens and always does what I request. I also go for dermaplaning which has really helped my skin. Especially using the Skin Geek products which I now use at home. The overall experience is very relaxing. Recently I started HRT and experienced a breakout around my nose and chin. Roz will not carry out a treatment if she feels it would exacerbate the problem yet found a way around it which has actually improved my skin and reduced inflammation within 24 hours. I also have a care plan over the next few days to help maintain my skin. I cannot recommend Roz enough.

After reading a fantastic review on 5pm.co.uk about Ros at Brow Envy I decided to book an appointment for a brow shape. Ros didnt have much to work with as my brows had been destroyed by a previous 'brow expert'. Turns out to be the best decision ever. She had my brows sorted in no time. I wouldnt trust anyone else but Roz! I now have fabulous brows that everyone comments on and amazing LVL lashes that are all thanks to her! Book an appointment you wont be disappointed!
