After great pressure by my wife, I finally made an appointment for a consultation with Shirley to consider the spider veins on my face. I was placed completely at ease by Shirley who carefully considered and explained the appropriate treatment and she administered the laser therapy with immediate and miraculous effect. I was very pleasantly surprised at the cost effectiveness of the treatment. I would have no hesitation to recommend this professional clinic to all.

Had my first appointment at Clinica Medica today with Karen to have some lips fillers done. Customer Service was great. Karen went through loads of information before going ahead with my treatment and answered all my questions fully. The clinic was clean and modern and Karen insured that I was comfortable throughout my procedure. I was really happy with my whole experience and will be back for all my future procedures. I attended at Clinica Medica today for a full leg wax and a Brazilian. I was met by Michaela who is friendly and welcoming. I felt immediately at ease with Michaela and without a doubt she provided the best waxing experience I've ever had. Went today with my daughter for the first time for skin treatment and the service was fantastic. Dr Awfa Paulina and Kirsty MacLeod especially really made my daughter feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. The clinic is of very high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. I had my eyebrows microbladded by Valerie. She was friendly, helpful and very professional explaining all elements of the treatment and aftercare. I was delighted when I went back about 8 weeks to get the top up. Valerie did a terrific job and enhance my eyebrows still keeping them looking natural. I would recommend Valerie to anyone looking to get permanent make up done as she’s very thorough and so helpful.

First time visit. I got a great deal for a shrinking wrap, I was a little nervous and also not convinced that it would work. The premises were spotlessly clean, staff lovely and friendly. The girl doing my treatment was so nice and completely made me feel at ease, really professional. But the best bit was the shrink wrap worked and I lost quite a few centimetres, so felt great in my dress that weekend. Will definitely be back again.

I have just been through the two stage eyebrow microblading procedure and cannot rate Valerie high enough. She immediately puts you at ease and at all times keeps the customer in the driving seat putting their needs and wishes first. Please do not confuse this place with medica clinic in town. Clinica medica on crow road saved my lip after another technician elsewhere really messed it up. They were all so kind and supportive and looked after me in a really scary situation. Their clinic is top notch, clean and professional. 110% recommend them to everyone.

I had semi-permanent eyebrows by Liz at Clinica Medica. I was quite nervous about about undergoing this treatment, and very exacting about what I wanted, opting for a very natural look, augmenting what my own eyebrows are lacking. Liz listened to my wishes and gave me exactly what I wanted, gorgeous natural looking eyebrows. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I first went to Racheal for a deep tissue massage a few months ago. I had back pain and wasn’t sure if it would work but thought I’d give it a go anyway. After the massage she told me my muscles were going to ache the next day which I laughed this off (ouch). As well as that, she gave me simple advice and stretches to do at home to help limit the pain returning to the same level. Still sceptical, I booked my second appointment, which was a lot less painful both during and after the massage (the next appointment was so relaxing I wasn’t sure I was actually getting a DTM (I was)). Racheal had mentioned the deep tissue programme to me at my first appointment and I was sure I wasn’t going to end up on it, but here I am, 4 months later with less back pain than I’ve had in years!

After a terrible experience at Maes Brows, l visited Liz who in one word is amazing. From the consultation process through to my first appointment, my experience was 1st class. Liz you are true professional and I would say to anyone do not waste your money by going anywhere else! Don't be fooled by the cheap Voucher offers that others lure you in with, then you find out the cost is so much more for eyebrow strokes. Liz works and apply's the semi-permanent makeup in lovely sterile surroundings. She made me feel involved, is a good listener and very friendly, she put me at ease. Consulting a doctor about any contra-indications, therefore very thorough. Finally the results.... baring in mind she was correcting the work I had elsewhere. WOW, I couldn't believe it!!! Liz is a perfectionist and I finally had the brows I wanted and never thought I would have. I had been hiding my eyebrows for months by growing a long fringe and didn't know what to do or who to trust. I put my trust in Liz and she exceded my expections, hence this review as I am so grateful to her and I wouldn't go to anyone else now.
