It was my first visit and blown away by the beautiful surroundings. Even the main door is a thing of beauty :) So first impressions entering a definite 10 out 10. Receptionist was very friendly and lovely to interact with. Rhona was great. It was both our first meeting but she took the time to discover my expectations, and a thorough consultation was given. I did not have that conveyor belt rushed feeling; and all in all compared to London clinics where I have been living last few years, until 2 months ago, this was the best experience to date. I genuinely look forward to returning and feel I am in a highly professional and safe environment and have great confidence the botox treatment will be also.

(1ml, Lip Fillers) it was my first time! I had been considering getting filler for a while, and I’m glad I picked this place. Got it done here November of last year. Dr. was a cool guy, infact, all the staff I saw appeared very nice and professional. It was clear they manage this (busy) clinic well, and with care for their clients. The actual filler was done reasonably quick, minimal pain, had all my questions and concerns addressed, all the risks/info about fillers (etc) was communicated to me in a way I could understand. Everything was properly disclosed, which made me feel reassured. The results are natural, and exactly what I wanted. This is the type of work Doctors do when they understand facial harmony very well. No ‘shelf-lip’, no puffiness, no duckface, no lumps, no Instagram-Face - just a symmetrical increase in the volume of (mostly) my top lip. (SIDE NOTE: Would defo recommended to friends to get any aesthetic work done here, by professionals - rather than in somebody’s cousin’s back room, ygm? ;) seriously though, be careful out there, because not everywhere is as safe and clean as this clinic. Only doctors, nurses, and other professionals should be injecting you! Make good choices. You’d be surprised how many injectors aren’t certified or regulated.)

I honestly don’t think you will find better service or customer care anywhere else. Dr Darren is an extremely skilled practitioner who tailors each procedure to the individual and the results never look unnatural. I have had several procedures carried out and have been delighted with the results. An added bonus is I have never experienced any pain so for anyone worried about that I hope this is reassuring. I have also had treatment from Dr Joanne at the clinic and again was delighted with the results. You will not find a nicer bunch of people than at the clinic. Everyone has a friendly and informal manner which really puts you at ease. Highly recommend this clinic.

I have been a client of Dr Darren for many years and he is simply the best - I am frequently complimented on how much younger I look for my age yet his work is so natural looking. I had tried a couple of more expensive other places before I found Darren and the results were really disappointing. Customer care is second to none and all the staff in the clinic are fantastic - very professional, welcoming and skilled at putting nervous clients at ease. Although the clinic is very busy, Darren never makes you feel rushed and always takes the time to really listen to your concerns and provide you with a bespoke service - most importantly he honestly manages your expectations and has huge integrity. I can always easily schedule future appointments to suit my work etc as the clinic does late nights and weekends and they will always do their best to accommodate me if I need to visit at short notice. Although the clinic has really grown in popularity over the past couple of years the level of customer care has remained truly exemplary - I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I have used Dr McKeown - or Darren, as he is quite happy to be known - for a while now, and have nothing but good words to say about his treatments. Having used various different treatments, including dermal fillers, I can safely say that his quality of treatment is exceptionally high. I have used other aesthetic doctors in the past and he is by far and away the most consistent & reliable that I have found. I have never been unhappy with the result of a treatment. His staff are friendly and professional, always making me feel at ease when I come in to the clinic. There have never been any complications and the recovery period is well within the normal amount. Overall, 10/10, five starts, 100%, whatever way you want to say it. Darren really is the best available in Glasgow, if not Scotland.

What can I say, I love Dr Darren’s clinic! I have been a few times now for Botox treatment and I honestly would not go elsewhere. The team are brilliant, from the girls at reception to Dr Darren himself. If you are considering botox, then you must book in – I have been elsewhere in the past and have been left highly disappointed. One of the sessions I was able to book was during my lunch hour and was right back to work after it – no pain. Great location and easy to get to if you are working in Glasgow city centre like me!

About the nicest, super talented and professional outfit I have ever encountered - Dr. Darren and his team, notably his mum Susan, are a tour de force, welcoming and happy to provide info and reassure clients pre treatment, without the feeling of the 'hard sell'. He works with A listers and celebs yet treats everyone as kings - everyone gets what they need, including his time and consideration! You get the feeling its not about money but about providing a top quality service to customers from all walks of life - which is a real positive - making this kind of cosmetic treatment accessible to everyone! I could be described as a 'nervous' customer, having previously had 'bodge' jobs. Dr Darren provided lots of support to minimise anxieties and i (bravely) flew up to his clinic from the South, the whole process being made easy for me due to the accomodating nature of his clinic and the fact that i was getting the best customer care, which reassured me! The clinic itself is a beautiful work of Boutique chic, kept immaculate by the manager, Susan, who is constantly busy to keep it well maintained. I was provided generously with refreshments and given top tips on local haunts!. The treatments i had were quick, painless and I experience minimal recovery time. The day after i looked a million dollars - not only would anyone know id had cosmetic work - but can i be bold and say '10 years younger?"!!! Following on from this, I was also offered post treatment support by Dr Darren, talking me through aftercare and offering his availability should there be any problems. Were there? - no!. Amazing! People - get to this clinic ASAP - there is just nothing comparable - its worth the cheap flight if you don't live locally. I would never let anyone else lose on me - its really is like life before and life after cosmetic work with Dr Darren! You do not go back! I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!!! A+++ from me

The best botox clinic in Glasgow, no doubt about it. I Visited Dr Darren’s clinic for botox this time last week and I am still buzzing over the results! The clinic is absolutely spotless and the team that work there are one of a kind! The procedure wasn’t sore at all, although I have had botox and fillers before.
