I went to this place for first time just to get my eyebrows done, the lady own this place was super nice that made me choose this place for my haircut as well. I honestly had the best experience. Everything is 10/10 let from customer service to cleaning everything. And the owner is super experienced and her works literally speaks for itself. And the attitude of the owner is super humble and nice literally it’s cherry on the top. I just love love love my haircut I have never been this satisfied with my haircut.

I got a really nice haircut with lots of layers, it was my first time getting layers so I was nervous but she is very skilled. The hairstylist has all her certificates on the wall and she had lots of photos of her own work places about. This place is multi lingual and respectful of your language capabilities. They spoke Urdu, English and Punjabi. I got wash and blow-dry too, the assistant hairstylist was very considerate. The hairstylists are very chatty which most people love so that's a plus.

I have been a customer of Eroma for quite a few years. Today was the first time I went there post pandemic to get my hair done. My hair was styled by Shamim who is a very kind person and an excellent professional who knows her job. I was very pleased with the way she styled my hair and gave me extra tips how to wear it for parties etc. I would Recommend Eroma to anyone who needs a good hair stylist. Overall I had a 10/10 experience

Went only for my wax and threading ,but ended up getting my hair cut and coloured. Very relaxing experience. Sister also offered me food and cappachino, which was very tasty and delicious. I really liked my new look and absolutely recommend to everyone to visit. Once you go there you feel like going there again 100%

Had my hair cut by Shamim who was brilliant. I had dull straight hair with no volume, now I have lovely lairs and a lot more volume, really happy with my hair cut and Shamim also gave me lots of advice on best products to use on my type if hair. This was my first time using this salon and was recommended by my cousin. Shamim was so friendly and lovely and had great enthusiasm with her work! I absolutely love my hair and feel so refreshed! Prices are really reasonable - work done is of great quality. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing and the set up was very neat and tidy. I would rate Eroma 11/10! Great place!! Eroma did a splendid job on both my hair and my mums. All the staff were very friendly and chatty. You can tell Shmim has a genuine passion for hairstyling, as she handled our hair with care and gave us great advice on keep on it healthy. We had a greaat experience and will definetly be going back regularly!

Shamim has been styling my hair for 20 years now. She is a lovely woman blessed with magic hands when it comes to dealing with different types of hair. Very hygienic, professional, kind and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Went today with my mum to get a facial, haircut, henna & eyebrows. After seeing Shamim (the owner) do the haircut for another customer, i immediately opted out of the haircut (too many straight chops, no blending) Started getting my henna done by a lady there who said she was just hired for the day. The henna was okay, couldn't get the designs i wanted as the Artist wasn't confident enough but overall it was a 3/5 experience. Then I saw my mum's experience with the facial and they literally got done in 15 minutes (full facial for 60min was promised/paid for). Sadly had to argue to get the full service for her. The owner, Shamim, kept boasting about her experience and her back to back clients but to be honest, the way she dealt other client demands was extremely disappointing. She called all clients fussy after they left (even the 18year old customers). She kept saying bad stuff about every client after they had left. I got my eyebrows done by Shamim as i had heard great reviews, but sadly was left with lots of hair (same case with my mum). I guess she couldn't see them properly. Then a lady called Raman cleaned up my eyebrows and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend Raman ❤️ she did them 5/5. Overall, if i ever go back, it would be to get my brows done by Raman. I never want to deal with Shamim ever.
