My daughter got her hair dyed today. A blue colour 💙, we were impressed with the level of effort & attention to detail that goes into getting your hair the right colour. My daughter is beyond happy 😊. My daughter got a patch test & strand test as flicks hairdressers are perfectionist when it comes to your hair they want the color just right ✅️ 👌. And the care about your hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had my hair done again today by Lindsey. My hair seems to have grown really fast and is looking so much thicker and healthier since coming to Flicks and getting Brazillian Keratin. Decided to get my long hair cut short as I wanted a change. Jess had styled my hair once before at xmas for a night out and I loved it that much I wanted her to cut and colour it this time. I had an idea what I wanted but Jess helped with choosing a new colour as i was undecisive. I can honestly say it's turned out one of the best cut and colours I've ever had. I absolutely love it, she listened to me and knew exactly what I was looking for 🥰 Jess ur amazing at what you do. Kerrie (Kerry) not sure how she spells hers. She was lovely. Explained everything through with me and continuously through the whole process. So attentive and relaxing. Was a new experience to have 2x ladies working on my hair at once. The end result came out amazing and my head feels so much lighter and it has some life about it again!! After I got home I realised it could have done with being cut a little shorter. But that’s on me as I didn’t want to muck Jess around when she was going between two clients. Next time I’ll show a photo of how short it usually is. That should help. But I’ll be back as it’s a handy salon for a disabled person to get to etc., and I felt welcomed for a first time customer. No faulting the service at all. Thank you. 16th December 2024 Love the staff at Flicks. It’s a local to me salon as well. As in literally 5 mins round the corner. Again my fringe isn’t quite as short as I’d like it but that’s my fault as I thought it looked fine. Next time I’ll make sure more is taken off. Kudos. 20th January 2025 Really love my cut this time. Was taken as I just walked in on the off chance. It helped me as a disabled customer to be taken as rarely planned appointments go well due to pain and sickness. So thank you again. Love it. Been before and will be back again. 💜

I had my daughter with me who generally does not like salons etc but she felt so at ease and had no issues having her hair trimmed! I Had my hair done by Lindsey and I absolutely love it! Hairs lovely, and Claire was great. Just felt that some employees made me feel rather alienated, eg. Asked every other client if they wanted tea/coffee etc, I was there for 4 and a half hours and wasn’t asked that once, other than that experience was pleasant:

My hairdresser was brilliant, I just can't get my hair like the day it was done I asked my daughter how do you guys do this so brilliantly and she said "because hairdressers are magical and they hold the power" lol made me giggle. Will need to keep practicing wish me luck. Relaxed atmosphere in salon while busy, but nice atmosphere and friendly staff would recommend cuts were amazing 👍

I love my hair colour 😍 thanks so much kerri for always understanding me. as I'm a pain when it comes to my hair. Been coming here for almost a year and been the best decision I made.The salon is a lovely relaxed atmosphere all the stuff are lovely. Kerry does an excellent job with my hair colours and cut and giving good advice on aftercare. Kerry makes me feel very relaxed i have lovely chats with her which is lovely for someone with anxiety. dark to lighter again, really love it this colour suits me better and it feels amazing using k18 treatment. Lovely girls in this salon always make you feel welcome. Great cut too. Didn't even need straighteners on it.Would recommend you to everyone. See you soon ❤️ huge thanks xx

Jess was amazing! Hair was long over due a cut and colour and I absolutely love it. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and the reclining massage chair when getting your hair washed was an absolute bonus, so relaxing. Will definitely be back.
