I love going here the blocks are great value for money but the only complaint is the last time I went I only had to pay for the extra mins as my block only had 10s left t(approx I) so because I took it u to the 15 I had to pay approx £5 to get the 15 mins . But at the same time I booked another 60 min block so I think they shoulda took the mins off the new block instead of charging me . N another thing is i never seem to get th extra 15 mins . In saying that I'm on my way there just now .

I have recently bought a course as I'm visiting from London for 2 weeks, the sunbeds are excellent, every staff member I met on my visit was very friendly and professional, the shop itself is spotlessly clean, I would highly recommend and will be visiting again when I'm next in Scotland, thank you ladies for a pleasant welcoming experience.

Even before covid... every week I went for sunbed (stand) I had to tell them there were tubes out. Min two tubes each time... sometimes more. It became almost a standing joke however then it became not so funny as it happened every week. On one occasion they moved sunbed stands 3 times before successfully getting me a fully functional unit with every tube working. The first one they had put me in had SIX tubes not working. The second there were four.. the third there were three not working. So only the fourth attempt all tubes working. I wasnt happy and advised staff I found this unacceptable. If one or two out, it's not a major as long as they are not right next to each other... however when this becomes weekly occurrence you are having to tell the staff then I find it unacceptable. I enjoy going at end of my working week to tanning salon and having been for a long time. I buy block bookings so I find it unbelievable unacceptable every time (with very few exceptions) I need to report faulty units. I returned to tanning salon yesterday (Wednesday 28th April) as this was first week of Scottish salons opening. I could not believe it when I stepped into the 'stand up' unit there were TWO tubes out right next to each other in middle of the panel I face! With salons only just opened couple of days how is this possible AGAIN?! Why haven't all units been checked by their 'electricians/technicians' to ensure all tubes are fully working? As it was only two tubes I remained in unit for my tanning session and yet again on departure had to report fault to staff. Whilst the staff always are courteous and say they will note it in book, I find it really unacceptable this is a weekly occurrence. I spend alot of money in the salon and have gone on a weekly basis for a large number of years. It is extremely annoying therefore I could count on my one hand the number of times I get a fully working unit. As I say the staff are courteous and friendly and I can't fault them, however whoever is responsible for ensuring regular upkeep and maintenance really needs to get their finger out and ensure the paying customer enjoys their experience and shouldn't need to be reporting faults EVERY time I go for a leisurely tanning session. It spoils the occasion and becomes infuriating when this is a regular weekly occurrence. Please sort this out! Thank you!

Don't normally have to wait and extended opening hours are good. However I think the stands are needing new tubes. Went for a 12 minute session and didn't notice any difference in my skin.
