I've been visiting the Laser Clinic UK in Silverburn for the past 12 months and I've had a great experience! All of the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They are all very knowledgeable about the treatments and products. They definitely put me at ease before the treatment. I've been so impressed with the results of the laser hair removal and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I've also had a mini HydraFacial which was a great experience, my skin was glowing and it's really satisfying to see all the congestion coming out of my skin!

I've been twice to this clinic and I love how friendly the staff is! They make you feel at ease from the beginning and take the time necessary to check with you before every session. I can see results already - leg hair is growing much slower after only 2 sessions! (Can't wait to ditch razors and wax forever). Can't recommend them enough! Try for yourself and decide :)

I highly recommend Laser Clinic Glasgow. The staff are professionals, knowledgeable and super friendly! My skin has totally changed after the peels and using their products. I've also done hydra-facials and I'm so happy with how glowy and smooth my skin feels! I've tried many clinics in and outside the UK for laser hair removal and I unfortunately developed a laser side-effect that causes overgrowth of hair. This is the only clinic that gave me a solution to this problem and I'm seeing improvements with my hair! I'm so glad and happy that I've tried Laser Clinic Glasgow and done my treatments with Francesca.

Mathilde is lovely and does my treatments and always makes me feel very comfortable, although all staff are very friendly. Came to laser clinic for help with uneven skin texture, acne scarring and fine lines and wrinkles. I had a 20 min consultation where they recommended a treatment plan of chemical peels and rejuvapen. Am halfway through treatment and already seeing results, more ven skin texture and brighter skin. Couldn't recommend more!

I highly recommend visiting Laser Clinics UK at Silverburn. It's so easy to get to, parking is free, and the staff are amazing. I had laser hair removal with Mathilde and the results have been great. It was quick, cost-effective, and completely painless (to my surprise!). This is the most welcoming and professional, result driven clinic I have been to. I swear by my laser hair removal services from laser clinics and I am now completely hair free after 8 sessions. I also receive chemical peel treatments in the clinic regularly and my skin is always amazing and glowing after. I couldn't rate Laser Clinics Silverburn highly enough - all the girls who works there are lovely, supportive and very knowledgeable in all the services they have to offer. I've suffered with acne since I was 8 years old and last year I made the decision to invest in my skin to improve my self esteem. I've been getting the hydrafacials and skin peels at laser clinic and I've never seen my skin so clear, decongested and glowing! I'm in love the with results! I've also been getting laser hair removal on my underarms and have seen great results from that too. Definitely a dedicated customer now!

I love this clinic and the staff are so friendly. I've had LHR by several of the girls and always felt at ease. My one concern though is that each person who has given me my treatment (full Brazilian) has a varied teachnique. One girl didn't use the laser very often, another targeted areas that no one else did and another missed right along my bikini line which everyone else targeted. There is a lot of inconsistencies by the people giving me my LHR. Worried it may lead to patchy results or it will take longer to achieve a hairless result. There is one lady in particular was extra thorough and I definitely noticed better results with her on my second session than I am seeing now. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name so haven't been able to request her. I genuinely love the clinic as the staff are so welcoming and it's in a great spot but I would like to see some consistency in the techniques of the people giving the treatment.

The best decision i have ever made was to trust the lovely Mathilde and start the hair laser removal. Her professionalism is very reassuring and she takes the time to listen and explain, and to proceed according the rules. The quality of Laser clinic is beyond others, with faster result. The comfort of it is uncomparable to shaving or even waxing. I have no ingrown hair anylonger and i litteraly forgot how much of a stuggle it was before. Without Mathilde i would never have made the first step and i can't thank her enough. Can't recommand it enough, go for it!

I took my son Scott here for treatment for his psoriasis on his face,the results we're amazing. Highly recommend yellow light treatment. It's totally cleared it up and we now just go one a month for a maintenance top up.Absolutly amazing treatment and the staff are so nice,especially Francesca.

Only had my second treatment but i cannot recommend the Laser clinic enough. I've had treatment on both occasions from the fabulous Francesca. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. Francesca is very friendly, polite, professionally but most importantly she informs you about your individual treatment every step of the way. I find the treatment, painless probably because Francesca keeps me distracted by keeping me engaged in conversation and taking a genuine interest in her clients. Thank you so much Francesca for being an amazing therapist! You are an asset to the Laser clinic and your knowledge and experience speaks volumes in making your clients feel at ease.

I used laser clinics recently for skin pigmentation & vascular laser treatments. Everything about the place, the treatments and staff is excellent. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Lots of effort into keeping everyone safe during covid and also in all aspects of their treatment, both before and after. Obvious care regarding everyone's personal safety. Everything is explained in detail and all options explained clearly. Kirsty who did my course of treatments was excellent, professional and friendly. If you are looking for fast, cheap and good quality results from laser then this is your go to place! I saw results more or less straightaway but everyone is different. It's affordable laser with amazing results! The level of customer service and attention to detail is impeccable. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming... such a great team! Mostly dealt with Kirsty and Jill who are awesome! I enjoy coming to see Kirsty for my sessions as she makes me feel comfortable and it always ends in tears of laughter. Free Parking, Clean and stylish clinic and all the girls are so so nice. They remembered who we were when we returned and made us feel so welcome and valued. The service was very professional and the facilitator of both treatments explained clearly the process of what each procedure was and made me feel very much at ease. I definitely felt they knew what they were doing. The laser machine was a new machine compared to where I previously went and when I tell you it was amazing..... I hardly felt a thing!! It was actually relaxing. Great deals on ad well which made treatment very affordable. Will definitely be back. ❤️

Not that you need to be uneasy as the procedure is virtually painless and takes minutes. My first visit at the clinic for a facial peel. Treatment was effective. However I felt overwhelmed and pressured to purchase other treatments, block treatment plans and products for just over 40minuted.

On Wednesday I contacted the clinic via their website enquiry. Within half an hour they had called and booked me in for the following day. On the telephone they where very helpful, friendly and professional. On Thursday I arrived at the clinic, the reception area was very clean, and everyone was wearing the relevant PPE. They have a sanitising station and you are asked to complete your forms on an iPad which is thoroughly cleaned down with Dettol wipes. The staff at reception where very friendly and welcoming. I was taken right away for my appointment. The procedure was fully explained to me in a very clear and simple manner (this was my first time). I had the opportunity t ask any questions. The treatment room was clean and very well ventilated. I was talked through not only the equipment but the safety measure in place within the treatment room also. I was made to feel extremely comfortable as it can be a bit intimidating but the staff where very reassuring and made you feel at ease. The lady doing the laser treatment talked about her own experience which was also reassuring and made you feel comfortable. The laser treatment was so straight forward and quick, it was painless! I was offered products for after treatment which I bought and have found to be great products. After the treatment I again had the opportunity to ask more questions. I then paid for my treatment package which was extremely affordable!! All the aftercare and information I needed was sent to me by email even though it was verbally discussing. This was great, because sometimes you can forget once leaving! For me this was a 5 star service which I highly recommend!
