This is the best place to get any wax treatment. Everyone is so good at putting you at ease and they provide the most pain free waxing experience. The little touches this salon provide is like no where else I have been before. Just wish they had a branch in Edinburgh! Loved this salon! Booked in with Cheryl for underarms/legs and she was fab. I'm used to a fair bit of discomfort with waxing but this was smooth sailing right through to the end. At Cheryl's suggestion I bought a lime and basil exfoliating scrub that I can't wait to use. Didn't feel pressured to buy it, it sounded lovely and smelled too good to pass up!

I've had such a nice experience here. The place is so nice and chill, and the team is amazing. I'd never had a Hollywood/Brazilian before and needless to say, I was both a bit anxious and embarrassed. But the way I was treated was absolutely amazing. I was explained everything from start to finish (including aftercare), I was made comfortable, I felt listened to, and most importantly we had so many laughs. First time getting waxed and Cheryl was so lovely and knew what she was doing, will be back to keep it up! The woman at reception when I was in was really nice and welcoming too! On Cheryl's recommendation to exfoliate I bought a beautiful smelling, all natural lavender scrub from them. Didn't feel pressure to buy it it just sounded like a really good product, shows peaches genuinely care by stocking great vegan products.

Got a Hollywood with Rachael. The whole experience was a 10/10 (which is hard to say when you're getting a downstairs wax!). Yes, still had the few moments where it stung (we are waxing a sensitive) but Rachael was so nice and spoke you through it and those moments were very few and far between. As Hollywood's go, one of the best I've had. So glad I've found my new regular place! Thanks peaches salons!

Been going for my waxing sessions for the past 5 years every month with the amazing Rach for a REASON! Every visit is such a pleasure and every member of staff is so lovely, I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else and I couldn’t recommend it more! It was my first time at Peaches Wax Bar and as I don't usually get waxed it was a little intimidating knowing it was for intimate waxing. The ladies were really welcoming from the minute I walked in to the salon and Cheryl, who was my beautician put me at ease. We chatted the entire time which helped to take my mind off of what was happening and she explained what she was doing as she did it. Cannot say enough good things about my experience, the girl was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I was impressed with her positive attitude, towards her job and the salon itself. First time visiting Peaches Wax Bar and I cannot praise the professionalism and knowledge of Cheryl enough! I had planned on getting a full leg wax but I hadn’t let the hair grow long enough. Cheryl was very thorough and clear in explaining the consequences of waxing skin and hair when it’s not ready and I appreciated her honesty rather than getting a botched job done that would cause more problems later on. She was able to complete a Hollywood wax for me though to get me holiday ready. I’m a larger girl at a size 18 and I can honestly say Cheryl never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Quite the opposite. She puts you at ease and chats to you throughout the procedure. She is efficient yet thorough and I was delighted she was able to give me detailed advice on a skin issue I’d been having as well as recommending a product to use to help with it. She is brilliant at her job and I would recommend her to friends and family in a heartbeat. I’ll be booking in for future treatments from now on.

I've only ever had my eyebrows waxed so when I booked in for a Hollywood, full leg, underarms and eyebrows in preparation for a Christmas spa trip it was a bit of a step up from my usual routine! Or as a friend described it: "wow, that's a lot of waxing." I've wanted to get waxed for literally years but a mixture of total embarrassment and fear of my low pain tolerance really put me off but I'd heard great things about Peaches' so I thought if I was going to get it done anywhere, this would be the place. I was really nervous before my appointment but the professional surroundings of the salon (including the pre-appointment survey they ask you to fill out) and how immediately lovely, understanding and professional Alice was instantly put me at ease and I soon got over (most of!) my embarrassment. As she said, "you're my 14th Hollywood today" so what seems like a huge deal to you is just a day at work for these ladies - so just keep telling yourself that during the wax when you're in a compromising position wearing no pants!! Of course the whole thing isn't completely painless, comfortable or un-embarrassing but to my total surprise I was laughing and chatting from beginning to end -- it was so much less sore than I was imagining and, as I said, I have a very low pain tolerance. I was really surprised with how good the experience was and I'm so pleased with the results -- all thanks to Alice's lovely personality and laid back, professional approach. The after-care advice and products that the salon offer also really highlight their attention to detail but never feels "salesy"! My last treatment was getting my eyebrows done by Mary which was an equally great experience. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed at another salon for around a year but this was much less painful and an all round much more comfortable time than any I've had before. Mary delivered exactly what I wanted quickly and easily and was, again, so lovely and professional. I would highly recommend anyone, no matter how nervous or embarrassed you are, to book an appointment at Peaches' for your first wax or for any of your usual treatments if you're not happy with your current salon. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be visiting again! Thank you so much Alice, Mary and the Peaches' ladies.

Going off on holiday means embarking on the defuzzing process. I had heard rave reviews of the "best hollywood ever" about Peaches from my friends, so this is where I chose to come along to. I made the right decision. The salon is incredibly cute, all vintage and pink, with the most wonderful shop mascot, Chopper. I booked in for a morning hollywood, and would have to pop back in the afternoon for legs and underarms, Keri-Ann (who by the way is wonderful) assured me we could get everything done in half an hour and could do it all together. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending how you regard pain) my leg hair wasn't really long enough, and Keri-ann said that although she coulod do it she wouldn't be ha;ppy with the results and taking my money for it. This made me instantly trust and like her even more. The hollywood and underarms were the least painful waxing Ive ever had. Please relocate to Manchester, I'm not sure how I'll cope when I go back!!
