I have had quite a few facials done in the past and I always said the facial from Murad was my best but after today this my number 1 by far, it was amazing, very relaxing and the end result was visibly clear. Sarah was extremely good and I highly recommend you book a treatment as you won't be disappointed with the results. 5 stars plus.

Updated review . 29th June 2022 Latest review I have had this pamper a number of times now & have made the Signature Energise Treatment my go to for complete chill time, having a body exfoliation then massage which is carried out by Susan who is a fantastic therapist, she's very professional , polite & makes you feel comfortable. Wed 5 th Oct I had a back neck & shoulder massage today with Jasmine , I was very impr.I tend to have knotted muscles often & she worked away at them to release the tension & it made a tremendous difference ,it was such a relaxing experience.👏👏 Well done to another one of Savannah's therapist .😊 I had visited the salon 1 month ago & as I had my Swedish back,neck & shoulder massage carried out by Jasmine on that occasion who was so professional & worked so tirelessly massaging my tense muscles, my treatment was very relaxing & I am so looking forward to my next appointment. 😊 All of these therapists are excellent 👏👏 Ashleigh was very professional & polite when I treated myself to a hot stone massage and on her advice I rebooked for deep tissue massage treatment for my back/shoulders as this area needs muscles worked on regular.😌😊

This was by far the most relaxing and beneficial spa experience I have ever had. The team were so incredibly friendly and were attentive when I first arrived. At the end of my treatment my therapist gave me advice on how to help ease the tension that was in my back and also informed me of the products she used for my facial and how each product helped my skin. The massage I received was great I enjoyed it. It was relaxing, so much I nodded off twice. The staff were lovely, polite and very professional. I can't remember the name of the girl who gave me my massage but she was excellent. Short with dark hair. The space in the reception area and rooms are a bit tight, but the space has been used to the best the can be. Parking can be a bit annoying as on a main road with limited parking outside the immediate area. I would definitely come back again.

Have been to salon a few times now and am always happy with my treatments and staff are all lovely 😊 Had the Clarins Aromatic Deep Cleansing Back Treatment today with Jasmin and it was divine! She really got deep in to tissue and eased some serious knots that had built up and left feeling the most relaxed I have in ages!! Would highly recommend both Jasmin and the treatment.

Lovely beauty centre on Crow Road. First time using here. I booked online & got appointment quickly. Small deposit paid & choice of therapist was an option. Staff were very friendly & efficient, Jasmin did my wax treatment. Great range of services available, including specialised hot wax treatmemts & good value for money. This was our first visit to the spa. We were welcomed with a lovely girl who chatted to us while we got sorted. Then we were taken for our spray tans by Ashley, one by one. My mum had been anxious as she hasn’t had one in a long time & the girl was so lovely with her. Then I was taken in for mine. I have recently had a traumatic experience at a massage place and the difference in experience was amazing. The girl chatted to me and was so unbelievably friendly! It was my first time ever getting any kind of beauty treatment, as a guy, I don't usually bother with beauty treatments. On arrival at the Hotel, myself and partner made our way to receive our treatments, I chose a facial and my partner chose to have her nails done. The treatment itself was excellent, and I now looking forward to booking my next treatment.

The best I can say about this place is that it was fine. Two friends and I were visiting with a spa voucher that included a treatment, use of the spa facilities, and a cream tea. When we arrived service by the reception staff left something to he desired with nothing much of a welcome and only receiving directions to the spa when we asked. Before your treatments you are invited to sit in a seating area through a door from the pool. This was fine, though the music station on was playing banging classic hits. Not a problem, but if you were seeking relaxation it wouldn't be ideal. Our treatments were, again, fine though somewhat on the short side (~20 minutes so we presume the 30 minute time included changing before and after). Spa facilities include the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We were provided with a robe, slippers, and a towel. The scone for our cream tea was very tasty and as we were all hungry we decided to order food. The food was all very good, but we had to return a glass for having lipstick stains and service was particularly slow. Overall, we had a nice enough time but I don't plan to return. The facilities are not too bad, if in need of a bit of repair/modernising in some areas. Unfortunately what really let the visit down was the customer service. The service was never bad, but never good either. As I said, the best I can really say about our experience was that it was fine. It suited our needs and with a voucher that's not so bad but I would have been disappointed if we had paid full price.

Only suggestion I have is that the robes provided are larger especially when you have to walk through the corridor between the salon and the leisure/treatment areas.

Me and my Daughter had an amazing morning at the spa, we went for the cupcakel and champagne package with a 1 hour got stone massage. The beauty therapists were very friendly, and done a great job with the massage. after feeling extremely relaxed we enjoyed a swim and a sauna. Would definitely recommend, although on our next visit hopefully the Jacuzzi and steam room are open as it would have made it that little bit better.

im a regualr customer here and ALL the staff are amazing ! Girls are great at their job and also the guys in the swiminngpool area - the facilities are getting worse - the changing rooms had holes in the roof , door handles faling off and still old pound coins to use the lockers - i couldnt get showered an dressed in the changing rooms because it felt dirty . Sauna wasnt working and jacuzzi - this has been 2nd visit with no jacuzzi. Hope to be back soon but if this keeps up will not be back.
