Anyone thinking of getting Scalp Micropigmentation treatment done should hesitate no longer, and the only man that should be considered to do so is the excellent Steven at Scalp Microscotland. You need to visit at least 3 times to perfect it but he process is very simple. Steven, along with his father, take great care and caution in making sure everything is nothing less than perfect and you are happy with the result. You relax on very comfortable equipment as the procedure is taking place and it seems like no time has passed until it has been completed. It is a tremendous value for money and most importantly it is an investment in yourself. The studio is easily accessable via Duke Street train station or a 5-10 minute walk from the Forge Retail Park. So there should be no excuses for getting it done here. Easily an 11/10 service.

Words cannot express how fantastic Scalp Micro is tbh. Not only is Steven great at what he does , but hes a great guy to with fantastic music taste lol. I was apprehensive when i first found Scalp Micro online as they are alot cheaper then the other micro pigmentation places. As soon as i met Steve and his dad, i felt at ease and they were very respectful and understanding of my concerns and how personal this experience was to me. He did a great job and the results were amazing. I think im still in shock from how great it turned out and its still strange how i don't have to wear a cap anymore . It was the best decision i have ever made and i cant recommend them enough. Its great when you meet someone that is talented at what they do , but they are also really humble and cool and relaxed and that's what Steve is. I would definitely go for a beer with him even if i did not get the procedure done. Just Dae It! If your reading this then your already considering it. I researched quite a bit, medication, transplant = Side effects +££££ and potentially having to retry if didnt work first time. I kind of initially dismissed the idea of msp for various reasons bit once i started reading reviews and watching YouTube videos i reconsidered. Other clinics were quoting to the extent i was thinking it was almost on par with going for the transplant. When i came across SMS i initially thought the cost range sounded far more reasonable but kinda too good to be true spectrum. I was getting more and more of the niggly feeling the thinning was bothering me so i contacted SMS. Steven responded promptly and was able to give me a specific price range based on photos i sent across. From start to finish Steven and his dad Steven snr have been class, genuinely great guys that i felt at ease with from the get go. Steven kept in contact regularly checking in with the healing process in between sessions, even recommended further sessions to ensure i was happy with the finished result at no extra cost. Btw pain wise, i have never had a tattoo done but that was a piece of cake. My mindset was any pain or discomfort was temporary and the result would be worth it. I keep my head shaved using the Pitbull Skull Shaver, it is a great piece of kit, effortless and dont really need a mirror. Watch tbe eyebrows though, i went bit gung ho at one stage and didn't realise till looked in the mirror i had shaved off a third of my right eyebrow lololololol In finishing I would not hesitate to recommend the guys at Scalp Micro Scotland.

Decided to bite the bullet and book my scalp micro pigmentation with scalp micro Scotland back in October after losing every hair on my head from Alopecia, I picked these guys for 3 reasons, the pictures and the reviews aswell as the price were better than others I’d enquired about . It’s a bitter pill to swallow getting Alopecia but I can safely say this was the best move I ever made. 2-3 months down the line and not one person has noticed it’s not real hair but a few have said it’s nice to see my hair has grown back. The results after the first session were instant and I couldn't believe the difference. After yesterday's third and final session, I am delighted by the end result. Listen to and follow the guidance that the Stephens give, especially around the aftercare for the best outcome. They know what they're talking about. I initially sought out a hair transplant, and after that option was not viable anymore due to lack of hair follicles in the donor area, I went looking for something else. Just excellent. The result of this procedure is incredible and I look almost ten years younger! It's indistinguishable from a real hairline and has boosted my confidence tenfold. Also found the people running the place to be very customer friendly and I felt completely at ease in a very professional, yet relaxed environment. If you're an older guy who's balding and laments the loss of your hairline, then this is the answer. The procedure itself isn't too painful and is worth every penny. Forget about going through the hassle of constantly having to use overpriced hair-growth products like Regaine (which you have to keep using as your hair falls back out once you stop using it, meaning you have to keep buying new bottles) and get this procedure done instead. The price of this procedure is very reasonable when you consider the results, and far cheaper than alternative procedures such as hair transplants. Just go for it! You can't go wrong.

Before I got smp I done loads of research on how it's done and where is the best places to go to. I narrowed it down to 5 places in Scotland and checked all there reviews I then phoned them to asked them questions and got quotes. What a great experience. Both Stephen and Steven were extremely professional throughout. I had four appointments and after each session you could see the subtle progress. Stephen Senior and steven Jnr truly are very very highly skilled! They worked with me to tailor make the hairline that I wanted. Then went on to perfect it and really work their magic. These two guys are perfectionist that are at the top of their game. They don't just listen but really hear what you have to say and take your ideas on board and work with you. They will go back to the drawing board when they have to! I honestly cannot believe the way my head looks, it actually looks like I have 100% coverage of hair and looks nothing like a tattoo. Everybody that's seen it says it looks completely natural. These guys are amazing.

The look of having thin hair has always been a concern to me. I had a hair transplant 5 years ago and whilst it gave me my hairline back I never had the appearance of thickness and density I wanted so after years of using powders and sprays I decided I wanted a less messy and more permanent fix to my problem so I looked into the idea of micro pigmentation. After 3 sessions and a review session, the results are brilliant, exactly what I wanted. My hair looks denser and thicker. The first session was a tester to get the colour of the ink right, then once the second session was complete a week later, the results were amazing already. I had my scalp micro pigmentation late last year and i didn't take much convincing. I had only started shaving my hair a handful of times prior to going in to see Steven at scalp micro Scotland. I took me years to build up to getting hair shaved after being self conscious and hating my rapidly disappearing hairline. Life changing experience getting SMP done by Steven at ScalpMicroScotland, was hesitant at first, like any tattoo its permanent for the most part unless you go down the laser route so knew it had to be perfect. I'm a perfectionist to say the least so knew I would be a pretty hard client to satisfy and please. Ask yourself this, are you happy with how you look just now? Are you constantly worried about people looking and judging you by the hair on your head? Do you feel unhappy sometimes when you see your bald head in the mirror? Then need I go further. Honestly SMP is cheapest and most permanent route to go. It was my 28th birthday coming up and was saying to myself after researching SMP for a few months, I think I will get SMP when I turn 30 as I feel that will give me something to look forward to but a few days before my 28th birthday and realised, you know what I fancy getting it done sooner than that, why wait. I looked at mostly the bigger more reputable companies at first and knew they charged a lot more for the work but I don't mind paying for quality and don't mind travelling as well, then I seen ScalpMicroScotland, I must have read and looked at the page and portfolios several times over the next few days till my birthday and I was impressed with the work I was seeing so decided to book a free consultation with Steven to get a good idea and make my mind up. Got a date that very week so went and seen Steven, he was running late that day but he sent me a text and email to say he would be 10 mins late, not a good start but the key here is his communication. That's all it takes. He let me know and I respected him for giving me a heads up, a quality lost in a lot of businesses these days so no harm done. Sat and spoke for about 20 mins about what I wanted, price and dates available and realised this was the guy. 1 Week later I had my first session, parking and location where very easy to get to and access to the building was very good, place was clean and empty so knew it would even be a very private procedure all be it a little cold in the mornings when the place had just opened (maybe arrive and open 10-15 mins earlier to get the place warmer during the winter Steven mate, just a suggestion) I was made to feel very relaxed and spoke about what I was wanting and the results I was after. I also listened to Steven and his recommendations and took on board what might look best as he is experienced in this field. At the same time I knew the look I was after and was reassured at all times knowing myself that you can always add more density and bring the hairline lower rather than starting too low to begin with. First session was a breeze, it's true what all the reviews and testimonials say it really isn't painfully in the slightest, like many I found it somewhat therapeutic and I have had no previous tattoos in my life so this was a first for me. Was very impressed. Having had no hair at the front of my head for several years now (went bald at 21) this small hairline was starting to appear so was excited and it does emotionally and mentally effect you when you see it for the first time. Next few sessions the density started to come along and could really see it take place but like me I still wasn't happy with the hairline, I wanted it lower as I'm still young (but not silly low), he agreed after some persuasion after all it's me that will have it so wanted it to be the way I wanted it and be happy with it, I still listened to their feedback and advice but knew it wasn't what I wanted. After drawing in my dream hairline myself at home after the first few sessions he drew it on and honestly after a couple more sessions to get it just right I couldn't have been any happier, he said it himself, it does look better and has genuinely took years off me and changed my appearance for the best, feel like a new person now. What a service !!!!!...... At first I was sceptical of getting this done as I never knew what to expect, Stevie also quoted me a great price compared to other places which added to my doubts..... how wrong was I , Stevie is a great artist and is very professional , he took the time to work out the best shade and hairline for me and spread it over 4 sessions to make sure I was completely happy. After the second session I was due to give up as i thought it wasn’t working out However Stevie told me to be patient and he was right as the results are night and day. Very happy with my treatment. Was all ready to get a hair transplant but after alot of thought and research I began to consider SMP and I'm glad I did. The guys at Scalp Micro Scotland listened to what I wanted, I went with their advice on hairline etc and got it down to as far as it could go without looking fake, it was feathered in aswell, very authentic look. I was apprehensive to start with as I'd seen some terrible examples of SMP. The shop may look small and tucked away in comparison to some big fancy place in a city centre location but don't let that put you off, the guys are good at what they do and the results tell you all you need to know.
