Emma was professional in her manner throughout the appointment, 5 stars to her in terms of manner and generally making me feel very well looked after. However my treatment was ammended as my eyelashes were too short to apply a full set of novalash classic (I do have extremely short lashes). This was explained to me clearly an hour into the appointment. I was charged for a top up as had around a half set of lashes successfully applied. This service was all 5 star although not quite what I had hoped for. Eyebrow tint is perfect as always. Thank you to Emma who made a difficult appointment completely fine in a calm and professional manner. Thank you to Roz who is going to put more lashes on me before opening hours one day also to make sure I'm looking lashtastic in time for Xmas.

I always try to book appointments with Emma as she knows my body so well now that I trust her to do what is needed in a friendly and professional way. All the staff at the Lerwick salon are working very hard to comply with conditions imposed by COVID 19 restrictions and are doing so excellently, I am pleased to recommend them to anyone I know.

I had the September special, so was expecting exotic bliss. Whilst what I had was ok, it could have been better. The treatment should have included body brushing which I didn't get, so that was disappointing. And then when I was dressing after, I saw that a jar of Tesco food grade coconut oil was used for my back massage. Not brilliant for £60, I expected better.
