First visit to salon, very impressed. Was in area 30mins earlier than expected, popped in and was warmly welcomed by staff. Salon is spotless and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I was introduced to a lovely young woman called Ellie who was extremely welcoming and polite. Now feeling in full holiday mode with beautifully manicured hands and feet. Cannot recommend highly enough, definitely will be my go to salon from now on.

I went for my first ever wax with Betty today and she was the best!!! I was super nervous but she made me feel really at home and i'm already booked in for my next appointment in 4 weeks time. Great place and I had nothing to be scared about being in such safe hands!

First time getting a cut here but I have to say, I'm impressed! The price was very reasonable for the service you are getting and the staff are very friendly too. Betti (one of the girls who works there) cut my hair and did an excellent job- whilst being chatty and friendly the whole time. I boxed dyed my hair to a lighter blonde but came out very brassy. I came in asking them to fix my hair and bring it back to an ashy tone root and they did exactly what I asked! Betty was amazing, she was so reassuring during the whole hair process and fixed my hair! She is an actual hair goddess! If i could rate it more than five I would, such an amazing experience and I have amazing hair now!

Maria does my shellac nails and they’re perfect each time. i have very small fiddly nails and usually gels chip and fall off my nails very easily. these from Virgo last perfectly 2 weeks no problems! (i work in a coffee shop and always use my hands). maria works so neat and fast. thank you!

Went for a waxing today, I was slightly late but they was very understanding and still made sure I had my appointment. Was greeted by a very beautiful blonde lady who sat me down and offered me a drink.my appointment was with gita and I cant fault her, she was very professional but also very friendly and laid back. Favourite place to go!!! I get my nails, eyebrows and massages there and I’m always happy with the outcome! I get a lovely women called sara to do my eyebrows and there’s never a day where she disappoints!!!!! She’s so kind 100% would recommend :)

Stumbled across this hair and beauty salon in the west end. Marjan was not only very thourgh with me eye ash consultation but understood exactly what i wanted in terms of my eye lashes . They were on point and my fussy family and friends were very impressed as was I . Betty was equally professional and friendly when it came to giving my daughter a very near hair cut. Mt daughter was floating on cloud nine all day. However the biggest applause goes to Sam. He transformed my son into someones that i didn't recognize.. he was groomed from head to face . Highlights . Fade . Eyebrow shaping and finally facial. Absolutely amazing. Would definatly recommend in a heartbeat. Worth paying a visit.

Not a very good experience, most likely looked down on for buying through Groupon. Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen because it was busy, when finally seen the girl doing my wax was very visibly rushing, she didn't seem to feel well either and kept pausing to take deep breathes. Another member of staff continued to knock on the door to get things from the room and near the end actually came in which was very unprofessional for an intimate wax. I came out after around 10 minutes which is an extremely short time for half legs a bikini and Brazilian. I felt very rushed and even more unwelcome for coming in with Groupon as the lady kept repeating that bikini is not included but she would do it as I'm there the first time, for the record the Groupon voucher states Bikini and Brazilian plus half legs. I've still got wax everywhere and overall wouldn't recommend however considering all the good reviews, maybe it was just a bad day. Still not very happy with the service myself.

She explained what she was doing throughout each step of the facial and was very happy to have an open discussion about other options to consider that would benefit a girl my age and my skin care concerns.
