First visit to salon, very impressed. Was in area 30mins earlier than expected, popped in and was warmly welcomed by staff. Salon is spotless and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I was introduced to a lovely young woman called Ellie who was extremely welcoming and polite. Now feeling in full holiday mode with beautifully manicured hands and feet. Cannot recommend highly enough, definitely will be my go to salon from now on.

I loved my experience at Virgo Beauty and Skincare. I did underarm and hollywood waxing as well as eyebrow threading with Ellie and she is SO good! Very professional and thorough with a warm presence. It was also my first time doing eyebrow threading and I LOVE how it came out. I had my nails done for the first time here 6 months ago and have become a regular ever since. Mehry did a fantastic job with my gel manicure and pedicure last week as always. All the ladies here are super friendly and welcoming, I've had my nails done by many of them and was never disappointed. It's great that they maintain such high quality and also add the personal touch by making you feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend the Virgo salon highly enough for all your beauty essentials. All the staff are very well trained and very friendly. You feel confident that you will receive a very high standard of service. Both myself and two daughters go there for manicures, pedicures and eyelashes extensions! Marjan is a perfectionist at doing your eyelashes extensions and I received a lovely manicure today from Elilie. The shop is very clean and comfortable with the very best of products being used. Mehry was not just a wonderful beauty therapist, but one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Intimate waxing isn’t always the most comfortable experience, but Mehry kept up distracting conversation throughout, and the end result was perfect. Everything is clean and well-kept, everyone on staff is extremely pleasant, and for eyebrow threading, Mehry takes her time to shape your eyebrows in a way that suits your face. Virgo beauty is an amazing salon! All the staff are so warm and welcoming, especially Marjan, Mehry, Maria and Sam. They will go out their way to help you in any way they can and listen to what Beauty treatment you want and the give you exactly that. Marjan is amazing at eyelashes, she knows what style suits your face and matches that to what you are looking for. I have never been disappointed. Mehry is fabulous at nails! I can not rate this salon highly enough! I would rate it 11out of 10 😂 I always go back and would highly recommend xx

She explained what she was doing throughout each step of the facial and was very happy to have an open discussion about other options to consider that would benefit a girl my age and my skin care concerns. Had the microdermabrasion treatment and my skin looked amazing afterwards, plump and clear. Also felt so relaxed i needed to sleep afterwards. The lady who carried out the treatment was warm, professional and basically made me feel comfortable. Now doing RF microneedling for acne scars and overal rejuvenation - this time another lady (i forget names!), i think the main aesthetician also took time, checking the amount of numbing cream used and strength of treatment. They know their stuff.

Could not recommend this place enough! We were turned away from another salon that we’d booked through Treatwell and this place managed to squeeze us all in for nails. They were so friendly right from the get go, so warm and welcoming and every single lady that worked in there was just SO lovely. They have a wide array of colours more so than most salons. I absolutely loved making the switch over to Virgo Hair & Beauty. I couldn't seem to find someone to shape the nails the way I wanted, that is until I met Betty and Mania. Betty and Mania did a phenomenal job! My nails and eyebrows are gorgeous . Mania and Betty exceeded my expectations. Mania is very thorough and a much appreciated perfectionist yet still manages to get the job done in a timely manner! Betty not only is professional, but stylish, and it shows in her work. I look forward to my next appointment.If you're looking for a nice, clean, affordable nail salon that puts out fantastic work I'd definitely recommend coming here. From the initial phone call to book the appointment all the way until we arrived and left the staff were amazing. They are kind and made us both feel so welcome and we are excited to go back. From walking in and receiving such a warm welcome, to the amazing quality of work that these ladies produce is admirable. I've had a few fantastic experiences with Marjan for eyelash extensions since December! She is always really friendly and fantastic at what she does. On Saturday I had booked in with Marjan for infills but was taken by someone else, called Lilly - it's always nerve wracking when you have your eyelashes done by someone new, especially after being so used to Marjan and happy with her work. But I had absolutely nothing to worry about, Lilly was absolutely fantastic, so lovely, friendly and did an absolutely wonderful job on my eyelashes - I think they are my favourite infills so far :) So thank you Marjan and Lilly - 5 stars to both of you *****

Not a very good experience, most likely looked down on for buying through Groupon. Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen because it was busy, when finally seen the girl doing my wax was very visibly rushing, she didn't seem to feel well either and kept pausing to take deep breathes. Another member of staff continued to knock on the door to get things from the room and near the end actually came in which was very unprofessional for an intimate wax. I came out after around 10 minutes which is an extremely short time for half legs a bikini and Brazilian. I felt very rushed and even more unwelcome for coming in with Groupon as the lady kept repeating that bikini is not included but she would do it as I'm there the first time, for the record the Groupon voucher states Bikini and Brazilian plus half legs. I've still got wax everywhere and overall wouldn't recommend however considering all the good reviews, maybe it was just a bad day. Still not very happy with the service myself.
