My first visit to the store. All staff were really friendly and professional. Taken to my own room, seemed really clean. Megan was absolutely lovey, we chatted away and answered all my questions as I haven’t done lots of waxing before. Would definitely go back again for different beauty treatments!

Came for a back, neck and shoulder massage with an Indian head massage. Was very relaxing and Danielle the therapist was great. The gentleman on reception was very friendly (didn’t catch his name!) but it’s always a good start when the first person you see offers a warm welcome! Very reasonably priced and even better with the new customer discount! Would definitely recommend and would return if I’m ever in the area :)

Had a luxury pedi and gel mani. Eyebrow threading and my daughters nails done before our trip to Disney. So happy with it all. Wish they did kids gel nails tho as the normal polish chipped before we got to Disney the next day. Minnie style nails for me and Minnie/Cinderella for my daughter. My nails still look just as fab a week later!

I have been using The Beauty Spot for many years for sunbeds & nails & I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service you get is great, down to earth, friendly & good prices. Alex has done an amazing job on my nails today, shame I can post a picture! If you have any of your own designs, they will do their up most to accommodate. Would highly recommended! What a fabulous place!!! A busy place in Brockworth. Parking right outside. Friendly staff and very accommodating Nails, eyebrows, tanning rooms and my favourite thing of all, late night opening!!! Today, for me anyway the price was definitely right!

Just had the loveliest luxury pedicure with Jessi! She was really lovely to chat to, was very professional, and did a brilliant job. Great range of colours - almost too many to choose from! I go to the Beauty Spot for my eyebrows, manicure and pedicure - I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!

They were alright... I had a leg wax done. It was clearly really busy but not quite a thorough enough job done and I didn’t feel like pressing them for their time to do the job better. Think I’ll just come back at a time things aren’t quite so packed and busy and I can give a fairer assessment. Staff were friendly and the booking system online was smooth, on the plus side Edit: one star was added because the owner kindly called me up and offered to fix the remaining hairs left behind, gave me some information about when quieter times are, and that I’ll be given a discount on my return. Customer care is excellent!

Lovely and clean salon, very hygienic. The sunbeds are great, they have had some new bulb that make me feel amazing! Mark and staff are very friendly, I was taught all about the sunbeds and the best tanning lotions to use. The opening hours are great too, perfect for going after work. Thank you!

The results are amazing, after only having it done once before found the pain very tolerable for this type of wax. Never fails to impress and with such passionate and caring staff, it helps ease the nerves of such an intimate waxing session. I visited yesterday for a Hollywood wax with Amy. Firstly the salon is really clean and inviting staff are friendly and the owners were very accommodating to try to squeeze me in for my treatments. My wax was great and Amy was very polite friendly and professional couldn't have asked for more!xx This morning I had a full set of acrylics with Alexandra. She is quite honestly the best nail technician I've ever had the pleasure of finding!! I've been going to the rubbish nail bars in town for years and just couldn't face it anymore. Alexandra talked me through what she was doing and made sure I was completely happy with my nails. They are beautiful I love them and will be back in 2 weeks thank you so much.xx

Went there for several beauty treatments in a row, including a luxury manicure, a luxury pedicure, half leg wax, underarm wax, eyebrow tint and eyelash tint. The beautician was great! Did a fantastic job on the manicure and pedicure. Was very efficient on the leg wax as I hate it so. And talk me through my first tinting experience. I would highly recommend Charlene. Was offered a coffee which was great. The place has a good range of music...good DJ mixes which you can’t find anywhere else. The guy - Mark, I think his name is, is lovely too. All I’d say is maybe a coffee machine to offer cappuccios/lattes would up the experience.

Excellent shop friendly staff. I go on the Sun ☀️ Angel 😇 for 20 minutes in Newcastle. I’m here on a working holiday this shop is ideal. You can get parked outside the shop with ease, the sun beds are hot. The shop is presentable and quite trendy as well. I like it !!

I have a back, neck and shoulder massage with Tsvetomira as often as I can and it’s honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. She is very intuitive when it comes to my needs and it releases a lot of upper back tension. I’m glad I have found somewhere that can do a great massage at a good price. I've been quite a few times over the past six weeks and ive never had a problem here. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner. I like that I can see them cleaning after every client. The waiting area is a little small, this could be a problem in the winter when they need to have the doors closed.

I literally love this place so much, the sun beds are the best in Gloucester my tan is coming along perfect! Free parking as well which is a bonus. The staff at the salon are amazing the gentleman who owns it is always really helpful and the young lady who works on reception is really nice she helped me work on my tan, they always give my little girl sweets,and things to colour with. The treatments I have recieved by Ann are amazing if it wasn't for the staff and this salon my wedding and bridal party would have been a disaster, literally keep doing what your doing guys your all fantastic and this is the best salon in gloucester, if I could rate more than 5 star I would! X

However being the most old school bloke since caveman times (Fred Flintstone and I are old chums...) and having zero idea about beauty treatments, i consulted my old friend Ann at the Beauty Spot on what my mum would appreciate. As always Ann was extremely knowledgable and gave me a full explanation of each treatment, working within my budget and on the day my dear mum was treated like the perfumed queen she is by the friendly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Supreme service of the highest regard.
