What I got surprised me! I told the staff that I just needed the most simplistic and cheapest manicure for my son's wedding. But I received a set of nails that look simple but so chic. What I like the most here is the colour scheme of the staff. When I showed them samples, I told them that this colour requires a combination of many colours and is quite hard to do. They replied that I just had to trust them, and would be fine. And it's actually true, they even did it better than I imagined🤘🤘. I’ll say the Cinderella team performed the best services for me. I had an awful experience at the nail salon near my house that painted shellac super uneven and thick. So I sent a photo and explained it to Cinderella on Instagram, they are really accommodating to schedule an appointment for me in that afternoon to fix up my manicure (they did it perfectly afterward). Service: Gel polish removal and reapplication on my natural nails Great that they do walk ins Very talented at applying polish and doing nail art Actual nail care (removal of polish/shaping and filing nails) is terrible - far too rough with my natural nails and upon getting to my car following my appointment realised two had been split quite far down. I will now lose the whole tip of both nails and will have to regrow. Really disappointed.

I booked to get my nails done at this salon last week and I pre booked for 2:30. I arrived and the salon was packed with walk in customers I was fine to wait for a bit but i ended up having to wait until 3:40. I don’t really see the point of having a booking system if walk ins are prioritised anyway. On the booking it said my nails would cost £25 and this salon takes cash only so I withdrew £30. After waiting an hour and 10 mins I sat down and asked if £30 would cover my nails (very simple plain white acrylics) and they said it would be £35 but not to worry I could pay extra by card. When I finished getting my nails done I explained to the person on the till that I would like to pay the extra by card and she sort of shouted over so everyone could hear that I didn’t have enough money and it made me feel quite embarrassed. Someone came over and was very kind in saying that because of my long wait that I didn’t need to worry. I’ve come to this salon before and to be fair my nails before were great. This time however I felt my nails were rushed, even after I had to wait so long, and my nail lengths are uneven between both hands my right thumb nail is a millimetre or two longer than my left

Other than that, the result was amazing, the acrylic set was perfect as I wanted, and just as beautiful as the sample design they showed me. 10/10!
