They fitted me in straight away. They seem very friendly although the person I saw couldn't speak much English but he showed me what to do. They didn't hurt me at all, when I've had it done before (not here) they can sometimes be rough. They didn't file my nails down too far. I loved the nails when they had finished and had no problems with them. They haven't started coming off or chipping at the sides and I've had them on over two weeks now. I would recommend them to my friends and I've had comments from people saying they like my nails. Would definitely go back again.

Really quick when doing my nails. It was my first time ever getting acrylics and I’m glad I went here. The lady I had was very nice and kept checking with me that I was happy with everything. My nails feel strong and I’m really pleased with them!!

Very happy Nail Fairy has reopened, it's had a gorgeous makeover too and not just screens at the desks. Always fantastic nails that last a very long time, nice and relaxing and no need for awkward small talk. Prices are great and usually takes less than 45 mins for a full set

Well i have just had my first Nail Fairy experience. I have read good and bad reviews on this nail salon but decided to try it out for myself. I guess we all look for different experiences but I thought it was great!!! As soon as i walked through the door i was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They may not speak much English but at times its quite nice not having to make small talk and just get the job done. Also lets face it do we go to the effort of learning their language...NO!!! I have had my nails done for over 10 years and have never seen anyone do them so quickly. The lady did a fabulous job and i will definitely be going back. They are hard workers which is more than i can say for English workers who spend half the time talking to their colleagues instead of the customer. We have grown into a nation of moaning lazy people and its nice to be able to give someone credit were its due. WELL DONE NAIL FAIRY KEEP IT UP.

I popped in about 6 months ago for a set of acrylics, really pleased with the finished nails, not much chatting but i dont mind that as i go for nails not chatting. Fantastic choice of nail polish colours. Prices very good for city centre.

Always speedy service and extremely efficient and professional. Been here at least 5 times now and have no complaints. At Christmas they even had sweets and pop for their customers. Fantastic service 😊

yesterday was my first time trying out nail fairy and although i was seen quickly and efficiently with it being the christmas period I left not feeling fully satisfied. The first technician i had was lovely and was full of conversation however the second woman i was sent to was rude and when i asked for help to try and find the colour in which i wanted she provided me with no help at all and instead was pointing over to the nail colours in which she had already instructed but provided me with no help

I've been going to the nail fairy salon in hull every 3/5 weeks for over 5 years and i have never had a problem. They are fast and efficient, and don't bore you with mundane chit chat. Prices are reasonable for a town salon. The nails are VERY strong infact over the years i have lost 2 nails - and thats my own nail having come away from the nail bed still firmly attached to the acrylic! I have NEVER had an acrylic nail come off in all the time i've used them, unlike others where often you loose one or two within a day. I always get atleast 3 fills from a fresh acrylic set.

i think the nail fairy is by far the best nail salon, they give you good strong acrilyc nails that last and dont just snap off like everywhere else, dont listen to the bad reveiws because its aload of rubbish what there saying its a great nail salon.
