My friends and I had a day out of town and we wanted to get our nails done, so my friend suggested elegant nails. My friend usually has acrylic nails and they always look very nice and after she told me that is where she got hers done I didn’t hesitate to go there and get mine done. When we arrived we asked if they were available to do our nails and they said they did and told us to take a seat and pick our colours. I was then called over to have my nails done. The lady was very polite and my nails were done beautifully. My friends nails were also done to a very high standard and we were both very pleased with them especially as they aren’t too pricy (£25 for acrylics and normal polish). I love my nails and would highly recommend coming here😄

I haven't had my nails done for a while, and was a little worried about going back after reading some of the reviews. I just got a full set of ombre gel powder, and love them, if you want conversation and a coffee then, here is probably not for you. If you want great nails then I can deffo recommend.

Went off of a recommendation by my hairdresser (and she always has nice nails); went and had acrylics with gel colour and I cant complain. Will be going back in when they are needed to be done again.

I have to say the customer service was not amazing despite my sister having one of her nails snap of the day after she got them done, mine lasted a month, but with a bit of polish chipping (my fault as they were not gels) quite expensive and quite rude, but if u can get past that the nails lasted very long for me p.s I would recommend nails and beauty next to just essentials in Ipswich insteas
