In her words - Kate was friendly, understanding and took the time to explain what would be beneficial for myself with regard to skin care. Beauty spot was clean, Kate was on-time and welcoming. The facial itself left my skin feeling and looking revitalised and rejuvenated. I received comments from various family members about how fresh I looked and felt more confident leaving Beauty spot then when I arrived. Will be back for more treatments!
L. M.First time visiting. Kate and Tanisha couldn't have done more to make me feel at ease. They talked me through each step of the LVL lashes, brow tint, shaping and pedicure. I felt incredibly relaxed and nothing felt rushed or pressured. Really happy with the results and have already booked to come again!

The facial was sublime during a much needed mid-term break. Skin is still glowing and I'm all set to continue my daily all year round/all weather dog walks with my new skin care knowledge. F. H.I went to beauty spot to have my nails done (standard, non-shellac polish) before my holiday. The girls were very friendly and it's a cute and clean little salon. Unfortunately my nails chipped and looked faded that same evening despite doing nothing to cause this. I called the salon to let them know and they were very apologetic. Despite them being fully booked on a Friday they squeezed me in to have my nails sorted out as I was going away that evening. Kate and Jasmine were both lovely and at my request gave me shellac (as I was worried regular polish would chip again.) I was very impressed with their service and how they professionally rectified the problem. Will happily go back and am glad to have found a salon to go to regularly with such lovely staff!
