S.First time I have had an appointment with Sarah. She carried out intimate waxing. Very professional and very friendly. Took a real interest in me & made me feel welcome and comfortable. As a whole I’m impressed that all the staff are still wearing face masks, this gives you extra piece of mind and Sarah kept her mask on throughout my treatment, correctly covering her mouth and nose. She also gave me a few minutes of privacy during my treatment to take a call from my Dr which I very much appreciated. All in all, a very good service, which could not be faltered in any way.
Y. I.I had the most relaxing time today with my friend for nails, pedicure, massage and facial. Stacie was fantastic at what she did, and very attentive to any requests I had. My feet felt amazing after the pedicure. I particularly enjoyed the massage and facial, it was just what I needed, I left feeling so relaxed. We also had a lovely lunch as part of the day- sandwich with a filling of any choice I liked, with crisps and a glass of fresh orange, along with a generous slice of cake. I had a brilliant time. A spray tan isn’t something I have usually as I feel very uncomfortable showing my skin/ moles to people - but today I was made to feel very comfortable as it was carried out professionally, I wasn’t made to feel too self conscious which was great.
Thank you for making me feel holiday ready, I will definitely be returning!
