S. L.I’m a facial novice so when Ellie asked me to strip off my top and bra I wasn’t too sure what I was signed up for!! Ellie was great though and really took her time to explain the science behind the Environ products and skincare is clearly her passion. She gave me top tips for my skin and yes I’ve worn sun cream every day since!! I can’t wait to come back. Thanks Ellie!

A. E.The team at number 11 are just excellent. They offer really sensible advice and their treatments really make a difference. I took my 2 teenage daughters for their first eyebrow appointment as I didn’t want them to make the mistakes I did with mine! Ruth really understood that it needed to look age appropriate and so didn’t do too much too soon. Needless to say that they are now older with great eyebrows! It’s good to be able to go a place that caters for them and for me too!
H. M.Absolutely heavenly! Olivia was fantastic, she followed all protocols re covid safety and everything was spotless so I felt reassured, safe and completely relaxed for my first spa visit after lockdown.
My back massage (add on) was deeply relaxing, followed by an environ facial which was the best, and then a luxe pedi to finish. Walked out feeling relaxed and pampered, with pretty toes and nourished, plumped skin.
