My experience at Charisma has been great. I am 3 sessions into my treatment and I have seen a great reduction in my hair growth. I was a bit worried going into it but the ladies have always made me feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get laser hair removal.

Roopam is very professional. Provides excellent service and is really welcoming. I would highly recommend having your laser done here, on my third session now and you can see the difference. What I like more about this place is that the staff are so friendly, always offering hot drinks, adds that extra touch for me.

The Aqua 3 treatment service at charisma is an amazing process with excellent results. The staff are very patient and understanding of skincare treatments and accommodate all skin types! This skincare regime has three treatments combined in ONE package which means you’re getting an intense procedure for the price of one. 10/10 would recommend to anyone experiencing breakouts, dark acne scars and dull skin.

Amazing full body massage by Raj & Natasha. I had booked for both myself & mum with facials as well. We are going back in a few weeks time as we enjoyed it so much. I’m their regular customer every treatment I have had from them I’ve seen major results. Recently they did my eyelash perm and the service as well as the results were very good. I’m getting laser done also which has shown surprisingly good results just after 2 sessions. Very clean and tidy environment fully equipped. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I began having Laser Hair removal on my underarms and seen an incredible difference and a reduction in hair in that area from the second treatment! I started my laser hair before lockdown and even had a break and came back afterwards to finish my sessions and even with lockdown getting in the way i still am extremely happy with the reduction of hair! The staff are also so friendly, professional and polite I will for sure come back and carry on my laser hair journey with them and never use a razor again! Charisma are highly professional, efficient and accommodating. I have been coming to Charisma for 10 years now, all the staff are truly amazing in everything they do. Recently, I decided to seek help with my skin. I have had acne as a teenager, leaving me with blemishes on my face. The staff at Charisma were very helpful in recommending the herbal green peel. The green peel has worked wonders restoring my confidence.
