I’m in love with how my relaxer turned out! As a black woman with 4C texlaxed hair, I went to Crystal only because the manager is black so I assumed there would be a black hairstylist with similar hair type who would be able to work on my hair as it was very dry and damaged. I was concerned, to be honest but I decided to go through with it and it’s the best thing that has happened to me in Leicester since I relocated here! Eva was so kind, reassuring and gentle with my hair. She made sure to tell me what she intended on doing, she handled my 4C hair incredibly well and I’m impressed. Eva’s blow drying skill is top tier, almost as if I’m wearing a weave and Maty, she’s the sweetest! I’m contemplating on colouring my hair because of her. She trimmed my hair so well and made sure I was comfortable with the length she was cutting off before she proceeded. A nerve wracking experience turned to one I absolutely loved! To all the girls with 4C relaxed, texlaxed or natural hair, I’d highly recommend especially for a blowout!

I,ve been coming to the salon crystals Leicester for over a year now & l've never come to a salon that makes you feel comfortable cared for & really good about your hair and your self, everything about Crystals the staff got a good vibe. Matila cuts & colours my hair she's amazing makes you feel like a million dollars when you walk out the salon. Keep up the good work you all fantastic. God bless you all we should have more like you.
