I never came across with any hair removal procedure in past and first times are always difficult. But Indra made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Explained the procedure , do’s - don’ts and pre-post care in details. Its just been few months and i can feel the difference. Indra takes care of all the aspects including the covid protocols, which makes her the best!!! Even after the procedure she updates through calls and make sure everything is going fine and is always available for any doubts. I definitely recommend her...!!!! I decided to try electrolysis as I had not had much luck with laser. I was apprehensive to begin with, having a phobia of needles. However, Indra has made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. You can not feel anything at all. She is highly qualified and professional and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She has a gentle kind manner and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed I have only been going a few months and already am noticing drastic amazing results. I wish I’d done it sooner instead of laser. l would 100 % recommend her for treatment of unwanted hair.

When I booked my first appointment, I was totally new to electrolysis and a more than a little apprehensive. Indra soon put me at ease: she explained the process clearly, didn't make me feel self-conscious, and gave me an understanding of the expected commitment and results. This last point was especially imporant to me as I, like many others, have been left disappointed by the flashy but unrealistic claims of other methods. Indra is very professional and goes above and beyond with covid precautions, so massive props for that too.

Some hair you don’t mind but some hair you do. We are all self-conscious but having electrolysis done & esp with lockdown it has proved amazing as less worry. A self confidence booster. I highly recommend electrolysis to anybody that is looking for effective removal of unwanted hair, and Electrolyis Centre Leicester as the place to get the treatment done. Indra is very professional and really looks after her clients well. Indra has made adaptations to make the treatment Covid-safe, so I felt confident resuming my treatment in October after local restrictions were lifted. I decided to try electrolysis after finding that IPL/laser treatment was not effective on treating my coarser hair and other methods (plucking etc) were making things worse. The results have been amazing, and most of the hair has not returned after several months, whereas the hair still being treated has come back a lot weaker and will be gone permanently soon enough (once Covid restrictions allow for treatment to resume again). My skin in the treated areas has also been able to recover from all the damage done by tweezing, etc. Electrolysis can be painful just like any other hair removal method, but the fact that the treatment is so effective makes the discomfort tolerable. The frequency of visits in the early stages of treatment means the treatment can cost a little more than other methods to begin with, but the time-based pricing structure means you only pay for what you need, and as the hair stops growing back the frequency of visits also reduces. The means that overall the treatment is excellent value for money, especially given that the results are permanent.

I have being going to Indra for a year now and the results have been amazing!! When I started the hair on my chin and cheeks were so coarse. Plus having dark skin, I was battling with dark hyperpigmentation as well from tweezing. Fast forward to now, the hairs have become soo fine and barely noticeable. My complexion has really improved, and so has my confidence. No more bumps and ingrown hairs. Happy customer 😊
